Sabrosa
Venezuela
had
a
food
truck
at
the
Boston
Urban
Pride
Music
&
Arts
Festival
on
July
2,
2023.
The
food
looked
super
appetizing
so
I
ordered
one
Reina
Pepiada
Arepa
and
one
Chicken
Cachapa.
I
expected
the
portions
to
be
smaller,
but
I
was
pleasantly
surprised.
The
Arepa
was
enough
for
my
lunch
(and
I
have
a
hearty
appetite),
so
I
saved
the
Cachapa
for
later.
The
Arepa
was
delicious,
flavorful,
and
the
avocado
was
super
fresh.
I
was
very
impressed.
I
brought
the
Cachapa
home
for
dinner
and
to
share
with
my
spouse.
I
needed
to
reheat
it
in
the
microwave
because
it
had
been
about
6
hours
(including
refrigeration).
But
every
part
of
the
Cachapa
reheated
with
great
flavor
and
was
over
all
wonderful.
It
still
tasted
very
fresh
too.
The
Cachapa
would
have
been
more
than
enough
for
me
by
myself,
but
wasn't
quite
enough
for
dinner
for
two.
Still,
all
told,
both
the
Reina
Pepiada
Arepa
and
the
Chicken
Cachapa
were
EXCELLENT,
and
I
think
they
were
at
a
decent
price
point
too.
Now
I'll
be
looking
for
this
food
truck
whenever
I'm
out
in
the
metro
Boston
area.
AND
we're
also
thinking
of
taking
a
trip
to
Worcester
just
so
we
can
eat
at
the
restaurant.
Well
done,
Sabrosa
Venezuela!
And
thanks
for
vending
at
Boston
Urban
Pride
and
showing
up
in
support
of
the
community!
That
was
also
a
nice
touch!
PS.
The
food
truck
was
also
selling
passion
fruit
juice,
which
I
love.
Because
I
ordered
two
dishes,
they
gave
me
a
free
sample
and
asked
if
I
wanted
to
order
a
cup.
Their
passion
fruit
juice
was
fabulous,
but
I
decided
not
to
buy
the
juice
simply
because
I
wanted
to
eat
my
calories
instead
of
drinking
them,
and
I
opted
to
drink
water
instead.
But
if
you're
looking
for
an
extra
treat,
don't
miss
the
passion
fruit
juice!
