Katheryn is the BEST! She was working with me on getting my M-Benz GLC 300 insurance, which is her job right. BuT not only she did her job excellently that I was satisfied of the low rates and tips she provided! She did something greater! She called my credit company, whose holding my car for so long now to assure them about having an insurance on the car! NOW Let me tell you that is something extra she hadn’t to do but that was a very Humanly sensitive behavior to do, and I appreciate seeing the good in people in this life. She was really fast with excellent communication and takes you through the payment and all the process of getting your papers done asap. She’s great at what she’s doing, I got many discounts that I’m eligible of + she gave me tips on how I can get my payments low in the future! I have been go through A-MAX for almost 4 years now, except when I first was referred to them they were still called Sameday Insurance. I've always had nothing but pleasant experiences when dealing with this company. The customer service agents are always very polite, helpful, and on top their customers needs and concerns. I have in the past, and will continue to, refer friends and family that need insurance to check A-MAX out because I know they will not be disappointed.
