I have been selling gemstones for decades. I watched GSN for years and always thought it strange that they can sell certain pieces at super-low prices. I finally bought a yellow diamond ring that my wife fell in love with. It was supposed to be a wonderful Christmas present. It appeared to be a vivid yellow color and the white diamonds had incredible sparkle. When I received it, I was shocked. The yellow diamond was so faint in color and the white diamonds exhibited no sparkle. I am not stating for sure, but I know that some dealers I used to deal with buying gemstones would use certain filters to enhance the look and color saturation when they took videos and pictures, and after catching them, I never bought from them again. I can't explain the extraordinary difference between what I saw on the TV versus what I received, but I have an idea. My trust has been irreversibly damaged and not only will I never buy another item form them, I don't watch their shows anymore.

I called in to see an eternity band off the table and spoke to “Chris”. I asked if I could see it and he said I needed to register you before he could help me. I said I would like to see the piece before I registered to which he then told me “well then I can’t help you.” I responded if I can’t see it, I can’t buy from you and he said “okay” and we hung up. Loss of a sale. What kind of horrible customer service is this? Very embarrassing for GSN your reps are so poorly trained

Gem Shopping Network displays many types of designer jewelry. The pieces I have purchased are good quality. The 14k necklaces are extremely thin. Plus many of them are 17" which is a tight fix for my neck. However, when I call customer service I don't have any problem returning the item. They also keep me informed about shipping for each item.

I've been buying from GSN for several years now, and they beat any jewelry store for prices and quality. The one time I was a little disappointed, they took the item back without any problems. But all the other items I have purchased have exceeded my expectations.
