I absolutely love the modern look of these apartments, inside and out. I also love the amenities they offer. The parking deck and the indoor mailboxes are a plus and offers safety, especially for young ladies.

Late review, but I had the most wonderful experience with Lisa Mills. You know how sometimes you just meet someone and you feel like you have an instant connection? That is how I felt when I came to tour Avondale Hills. Lisa answered all of my questions and I was so impressed that I started the leasing process the same day. She was super friendly, personable, and answered all of my questions. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago when I moved in and Lisa was there again. She graciously went over all of the welcome packet and I noticed on my move in checklist, she wrote “Welcome Home” with a smiley face on it. It’s the little thing like that, that make the difference. I am so happy that I made the choice to move in and call Avondale Hills home!

Being able to get around Georgia is important. These apartments are perfectly located to be able to access 285, 20 and even 75 if needed. I think Naomi was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I asked several and she was very patient and understanding. The property is nice and the amenities are a win, win for me and my family.

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Lisa Mills and the entire team. No matter how many or what questions I asked, I never went without an answer. And I’ve had a lot of questions! The facility is super clean. We love our new apartment. The amenities are great as well. My fiancé and I are pleased to live here!

Great experience all the way around! When you go ask for Naomi she was awesome! Very sweet and and understanding and she knew her stuff! All of my questions/concerns were addressed and she really helped make the experience much more enjoyable! would definitely recommend!

Checked out this property about a week ago and Naomi was super friendly and helpful. I ended up goin with another property but gave my friend Naomi’s card. The apartments are very nice. Everything is new and I love the way the leasing agent(Naomi Brown) mentioned that I would be the first person to live in the unit. Naomi was very professional and knowledgeable. Please thank her again for the experience!
