I felt the evaluation I received from Dr. Potocki and his staff was very thorough. The staff was courteous and professional and made me feel comfortable. They were not in a rush, took time to make sure I understood and had no unanswered questions. I was a little annoyed with the information gathering that was required a week before the appointment but that feeling went away when I got there and didn’t have to do anything but wait for them to call my name. (Which didn’t take long at all.) Their system is very efficient.

Dr. Fell and staff are awesome. They got me in asap. Misty was in my corner helping with a troublesome referral. The audiology tech was super nice and Fell was thorough and professional as always. Thanks so much for the great care!

If you are in the market for an extremely knowledgeable E.N.T. with excellent bedside manmer - then this office is for you. I am impressed and Dr. Potaki earned my utmost respect by wanting to contact my other doctor to discuss medicine and dosing to make sure everyone was on the same page. This is a doctor that truly cares about the well being of his patients.

My son was referred by his pediatrician to Dr. Fell for tonsil/adenoids problem. Dr. Fell was kind and caring with my son. He explained exactly what would happen during the visit so my son was at ease as well as myself. He explained what surgery will be like and answered all my questions.

Dr Potocki is great! He’s good with kids and adults. He’s done several surgeries on my son and now has fixed my deviated septum and I can finally breathe. Highly recommend

Staff is very accommodating and were very understanding when I called daily for cancelations. My infant ended up needing tubes. Today at his follow up appointment, he passed his hearing test and has been off of antibiotics for 6 weeks. Doctor has a great bedside manner and was genuinely excited about the results.
