Amazing customer service from start to finish! I love how many reminders I get about the appointment, how much information I get about the people coming, and how easy is it is to understand what is needed based on the recommendations. Dominic managed the many replacement and repair projects With minimal interruptions to my day, Was pleasant to have in the house, and did amazing work. Our shower literally feels like a luxury hotel shower (upgraded from a sketchy motel 6 🤣) now after all the improvements, and I’m so grateful that the issues with our water heater and pressure valve reducer were caught early on so that we could deal with them before anything major happened.

Our a/c unit died during the hottest part of summer and we called cardinal who send Chris(tech) , Joseph (sales)and Rafael (installation)out over the next few days and they all were early to the appointments and kept the job on schedule. All three were wonderful to work with and I trust them all to continue working with them on future projects. The company gave us portable units to keep us cool over the weekend for free which kept us sane. The price also stayed in our budget and did not go up over the course of the project. We would highly highly highly recommend this company and team.

Anthony did an excellent job. Given the age of the pipes, he had some additional work to do, but it all went smoothly and he explained everything, including options. Highly recommend!

Found out today that the hotwater heater installed by Cardinal plumming was performed illegally. Permits were not pulled, and I didn't know this was a requirement. They didn't install a pressure tank which is required by law in my situation (later installed at my request), they didn't blead the air from my hydronic heating lines, they installed the hydronic valves backwards, and lastly they over tightened a coupling which created a small crack that has begun to leak 3 years later. Their mixing valve leaked and erroded a hole into my concrete which they fixed under warranty only to have the new valve leak again. I had no idea how bad of a job these people did until I called someone with more experience. Stay away!

Willie was great - prompt, friendly, and professional. He was careful to keep the baby gates closed, and was very nice to my 1-year old nephew. He changed my filter for me before he left, recommending a slightly different filter for the next time I purchase. There is a reason I trust Cardinal - their technicians care about the homes and people they service.

Unfortunately our A/C broke and needed repair. We contacted Cardinal after being with another local company for many years. We changed based on positive reviews from word of mouth through our neighborhood and excellent Google reviews. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. Initially from making the service call, to having the technicians, Curtis and Willie help identify the problem with the system. Who were both very friendly, helpful and professional. Then finding out we needed a replacement system and having same day service from Gabe, the project manager guide us with the options for a new one. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and genuinely concerned about helping us. He helped ensure a new system was ready to be installed (in the summer) immediately at our convenience. And finally, the installation crew, Garrett and Dominic were outstanding. They set expectations that were fulfilled. They were friendly, professional and courteous. They walked me through the completed job and explained thoroughly how to operate the new system. Everyone in this (unfortunate) process were and are outstanding. I will definitely pass along to friends how wonderful Cardinal has been and highly recommended your services. Thanks again for your help and a cool home again!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Garrett, Marc and Michael who came to fix my sump pump. They worked well as a team and bounced ideas and learning tips between each other while replacing parts on the sump pump. I happened to ask a question about my hot water taking awhile to push upstairs and while looking at my hot water heater your crew discovered some issues that might need to be looked at. They collaborated about the pressure on the gauge and determined my pressure value was also failing. I was thankful for their time to answer my questions and the light hearted funny conversation we had. I am a very happy customer and would welcome Garrett, Marc and Micheal back into my home anytime.

Cardinal Plumbing was recommended to us by our next-door neighbors, and we are so grateful that we took their advice! We returned from vacation to a sink that was leaking and a couple of other problems. I called Cardinal and Joy was kind enough to set me up with a technician for the next day. Daniel came out and assessed the situation and gave us several different cost options for repairs. The prices were reasonable and the very same day Marc and another very nice gentleman came out and fixed all of our problems within two hours. We were so grateful. Not only that, but they helped me solve a quick problem in one of my bathrooms. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
