AllTech Services provides quality support when you need it. My tech, Ian was excellent. He quickly diagnosed our gas line problem and returned with the necessary part. Ian was very friendly. He even brought my pup a treat. Better still, Ian took the time to not only install our new gas regulator, but also unexpectedly cleaned out our entire grill. That goes above and beyond. I had a carbon monoxide alert. After a visit from the Fairfax County Fire Department locating my problem in the furnace room I called All Tech. Jason, my mechanic was here in just over an hour. He viewed all my systems and located the issue. Too bad for me a new furnace is in the works, but Jason explained what happened, why it probably happened, and the best choices going forward. Several years ago, after a lot of my own up front research for a qualified contractor, AllTech installed a 2 zone HVAC system at my home. They offered a very competitive price, and I was thrilled with their quality service and professionalism. I've since used them several times for other needs, most recently for a plumbing issue - I was offered a same day appointment and the technician - John M - was friendly, incredibly thorough, and did quality work.

We need to have some duct work done in our kitchen before our new cabinets can be installed. We called several companies (including one we have a service contract with) and had a difficult time finding someone to do the work. We did find one company to finally book an estimate appointment, but turned out to be a “no show.” Finally, I made one call to AllTech and had an estimate within one day, and an appointment to do the work this week!! If you need a HVAC job call AllTech, we are so happy we did!!!

Had an entire Trane system install all the way to the thermostat (Sept. 2023). Very happy as they did a great job! I appreciated the calm, cool, collected demeanor of the installers. They worked real hard all day! And, did a fantastic job! The lead installer has been doing this for 26yrs, with children also in the trade; at least one is a master plumber. The installers ended up having to do more duct work than planned as the air handler was a little taller than anticipated. They also installed an air intake in the basement to recycle the cold air off of the floor. Very happy customer.
