This is the BEST place to get your tile and get advise on renovations! I worked with Tony Melera and he was outstanding. Really took the time to make sure I got the best treatment and great deal. He also provided a list of contractors, which I will use on future projects. It’s hard, finding a great contractor and Tony just makes it easier to trust these contractors and their craftsmanship. Visit their showroom in Sterling and meet the staff, they are very welcoming.

Conestoga Tile has an excellent showroom. Bright and airy, with enough space to meander around and imagine all the possibilities for your home with their extensive collections on display. Another asset is the excellent help we received in coordinating tiles for floors and walls. Samantha was a great help with her discerning eye and her sense of style. We have not purchased anything yet, but so far, so good.

My wife and I received excellent service when we went to Conestoga Tile. The service rep offered a wide variety of selections for us to choose for bathroom floor and shower tile. included was careful selection of the color of tile grout. The installed tile looks great and exceeds our expectations! We highly recommend Conestoga Tile for their service and expertise!

Great experience at Conestoga tile. The choice is overwhelming, but their staff are really helpful and knowledgable about design and color. This is the second time I have used them for bathroom tile and I would definitely use them again!

I purchased porcelain tile for a bathroom remodel project. The tile was good quality but the packaging was poor. At the time of pickup, they brought my tile and I noted that the top tile on two of the boxes was already cracked. They did not offer any reimbursement or credit for the breakage -- just said my contractor should use the tiles for cuts. 70 days after purchase, I contacted them to return two unused boxes of tile. I was informed that they had a 60 day return policy. I appealed to the manager. He refused to reconsider the policy although I mentioned that my project faced time over-runs due to one contractor quitting on me, worker illness, and supply chain issues. Anyone else who expects that they may face similar issues or anything that could prevent returns within the 60-day window should be forewarned that this supplier is inflexible and does not demonstrate a focus on good customer service. I like to buy from local small businesses when I can but my customer service experiences from the big box stores have been much better than this so I guess I'll be shopping elsewhere for the projects I have planned in the future.

Good selection of tile, EXCELLENT customer service! I needed a refund on a few items and they took care of it right away. I also needed to order extra tile, and they were able to adjust the amount I was charged to match the original contractor price. Very accommodating. I will use them again for my next project.
