I had the pleasure to tour 29WYN today and was really impressed. The general vibe of the building immediately appealed to my nostalgia for the northeast. The design is very elegant and earthy at the same time, subdued and tasteful. About the views, I was blown away by the greenery, something I was not expecting in the heart of Wynwood, reminiscent of Central Park South. The pool and lounge area were amazing, just the right size and choice of furnishings really tasteful, elegant and surprisingly cozy. And the gym!!! Can’t imagine a better gym than this one. Everything state-of-the art. Good size apartments, nice layouts and quality appliances. The neighborhood is also great, so close to midtown and the Design District. And yet, the location of 29 WYN feels very residential, close enough to shopping and dining but really feels like “home”. I’d like to thank Alex for a great tour and for all of his insights. He is a true professional and spent the time to answer all of my questions. I would love to call 29WYN my next home!

I just visited 29 Wyn and was very pleased with what I saw, especially the amenities. The fitness center has a variety of cardio machines including an interactive bike, stair master, treadmills, rowing machine etc. I was very impressed by the machines and weights section as well, which is so far one of the most equipped I’ve seen in the area. I really liked the model one bedroom apartment, my favorite aspects being the floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom and the walk-in shower. The location is also a huge plus since it is conveniently located between Wynwood and Midtown. It’s a 5 minute walk from Trader Joe’s and a 10 minute walk from Target which is great! Overall I was very happy with the tour and I would definitely recommend checking out the building if you’re looking for something in the area. Also, shout-out to Alex for being an extremely professional and knowledgeable tour guide!

I recently toured 29 Wyn after a long and arduous week of looking for apartments here in Miami. As soon as I walked in I immediately felt like this place was different. The apartments I was shown were spacious and for lack of a better word, luxurious. The pool absolutely took my breath away. The lounge was cozy and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a taste of that Miami high life.

I recently visited these apartments with a friend moving to the area from Houston. It is new construction and at first she was hesitant but I am so glad we checked it out. The amenities are state of the arts, specially the gym. The rec room and the pool feel like a hotel stay. The apartments were great! We viewed a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom and both offered so much natural light and fell spacious with a very modern relaxed vibe. Like effortless. The young lady that showed us around made sure we didn’t miss any detail. She also was very knowledgeable of the neighborhood, and gave us some walking distance recommendations which of course we tried and they did not disappoint. Thank you Sofia! (I think that’s her name) It is between this one and another complex, but for the price point and the great location I think she will go for this one, and I plan to visit often. If you’re apartment hunting in Miami in a hip artsy area and want that modern new top of the line feel without the crazy Miami price tag I 10/10 recommend.

From our first tour to now living here, the team at 29 Wyn has been excellent! Working with Sofia has been an absolute dream - she answered all our questions and made us feel super confident with our decision to move here. Of all the buildings we toured in Miami, this one was by far the nicest within our price point. Maintenance has been super speedy to fix any issues we’ve had (like hot water not staying hot enough). The amenities are always clean and tidy. One callout — can the building also recycle plastic and glass, rather than just cardboard? Overall, one of the best buildings and apartment experiences I’ve ever had! Gorgeous!

Since the initial tour at 29Wyn to now living here, this place has been an absolute dream. The entire team here at 29 Wyn from Sofia, Gina, & Alex have all been extremely helpful in ensuring everything ran smoothly and in a timely manner. 29 Wyn has such a completely different feel than other properties I toured. The boutique feel of the place, the cleanliness, and the wonderful amenities really set this place apart and I'm so pleased to call this place home. Look no further, this is the place to be!
