Update:
Dr.
Molland
had
Janet
submit
more
documents
to
my
insurance
company.
This
allowed
for
an
approval
of
pre
authorization
from
my
insurance
company.
I
was
able
to
have
my
surgery
as
schedule.
Dr
Molland
and
his
staff
are
all
amazing
people,
unfortunately
though,
Janet
submitted
my
claim
without
the
proper
documents,
which
resulted
in
a
denial
of
coverage
from
my
insurance
company.
Janet
said
she
did
submit
the
documents
to
a
Jackie
who
does
not
work
in
the
claims
department.
My
case
manager
name
is
not
a
Jackie.
Janet
submitted
forms
to
the
correct
department
at
3:18pm
CT,
right
after
our
conversation
ended.
Now
I
can
not
have
my
surgery
Friday
9/22/23
because
Janet's
failed
to
doing
her
job
properly.
Of
course
Janet
shift-blamed
at
my
insurance
company.
Sandra
attempted
to
justify
Janet's
mistakes.
This
is
why
I'm
only
giving
4
stars.
I
think
I
would
have
been
more
forgiving
and
understanding
if
Janet
would
have
admitted
to
her
mistake
and
apologize.
Instead
she
had
me
contact
my
insurance
company
to
fix
her
mistake.
This
is
very
irresponsible
and
unprofessional
coming
from
someone
who
has
experience
and
knowledge
in
working
with
various
of
insurance
companies.
Everyone
else
including
Dr
Molland,
are
amazingly
sweet
people.
