From the moment we walked into the store near Cummings on Hwy 19, thru installation and set up process; and still now...Cody and his team have been awesome to deal with. They are professional and knowledgeable and very cordial, they take the time to answer all your questions no matter how many. We bought the Master Spa TS240 for just my husband and me and it's perfect. Set up was easy on a gravel flooring in our small mountain yard. The pressure volume put out by the spa jets - is all that is needed for that size spa. It's amazing. We are using it at least 2x per day and felt the difference to our bodies from the start. Atlanta Spa and Leisure was not our closest location as we live in Hiawassee, but their SERVICE has made all the difference and we are happy that is where we purchased our spa. The Spa itself is very well made and easy to operate!

All the employees at Atlanta Spa have gone above and beyond in making our spa purchase a wonderful time. We have had it for 3 months now and I would say it’s the best purchase we have made for our house.our backyard is now complete. I am in it usually twice a day. I had so many questions and they were so patient and kind in answering all my crazy questions. I highly recommend this place for all your spa needs. The new warehouse is great and they have a huge selection.

Bought a spa from Atlanta Spa & Leisure about a month ago and it’s been a really good experience. Dexter in particular was awesome and able to pretty quickly determine the right spa for me based on my desires and sure enough it turned out to be perfect. He was very communicative and friendly and quick to reply to any questions or concerns I had. The install team was a very efficient and nice group of people too and talked me through everything I needed to know. Now I enjoy the spa most nights with my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the process and purchase. Highly recommend.

After much consideration, our family invested in a large spa for the backyard. There were some initial issues with the mechanical side of the spa that caused some frustrations and a half dozen phone calls between us and the home office to coordinate visits. We would say that while we’ve so enjoyed the spa, what we were most impressed by was the intentionality this company showed in follow up. Every time we called for them to come fix something they responded and were on site within days. Their attitude stayed the same (from the sales person in the beginning, to the service rep on the phone to their technicians on site) and that was a deep appreciation for us as a customer. We would HIGHLY encourage anyone to look no where else but this company for your purchase.

The delivery team was extremely professional and had the unit installed and running in a matter of a few hours. Finally, the after delivery support has been top notch. We ordered our hot tub back in October to be installed after our pool build. Unfortunately the weather this winter had other plans but these guys kept our tub in storage for 6 months without any issues. We finally had it delivered last week and we absolutely love it!!! The complete experience with these guys was great, from purchase to storage to delivery and installation.
