I absolutely love Steph. She is amazing I went to her last year and she does me right every time. I got blonde and red jugglers with a money piece in the front. It looks so good and well blended im very happy!!!

I loved my stylist. My only issue was when I booked the appointment it estimated up to 120. They warned me it was going to be a bit more during the appointment. The stylist and her manager were also very open about the dies they were using and their ideas. I was super open to what I felt would be there expertise. They also gave me a "complimentary" little container of the dye. She was even open about it being a temporary die. At the end, I bought a die safe shampoo, conditioner, and a spray the helps give more body. My total was 550. 🤨🤔😐 I was happy with how it looked but not for the price to dam near wash out the first wash. It's the price that has me sad. The experience was great but I guess that costs these days as well. She was saying the would book me for the next time at walked me up front. Not only did that not happen but the girl was quick and smooth about getting me out and talking about other things. If you go, please confirm pricing before starting anything and check your receipt. There was a cut charged and all she did was clip my undershave. I loved the stylist but again looking back on the reciept had me questioning some stuff. Hindsight, I guess.

Allen did my daughter's hair asked if he could trim her hair, which was not a problem but come to pay and it was a $70 charge had I of known we would be charged with a full haircut I would have asked for a style. Then got charged for extra product, which one of this was communicated to us. and the back of her hair has missing color where is that extra color that we were charged with? Do not recommend

Wow, a hair salon that is open on a Monday! What a wonderful surprise. I had been looking for some of the Kérastase products, and they have the full line well stocked. The staff were so helpful with answering all of my silly questions. There was no rush, and didn't feel anything but so grateful to fine this great salon. There were a few people getting their hair done, and the tone of the salon is relaxing and very pleasant. I highly recommend this place

The customer service this salon offers is phenomenal. I had a cut that wasn’t 100% to my liking and really needed to be fixed and without a beat the owner reached out eager to help me love my hair so that I was not upset about the one thing that makes me feel nice. I appreciate it more than you know! My mother & I both go here and made this our new salon so I am glad to always be returning thanks to the great staff and services.

Absolutely amazing! Every time I come in everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Amanda is amazing at her job! She always makes sure my cut and color are always on point and she educates you on which products she's putting into your hair . If you're looking for a new salon definitely stop by Salon 27!
