We’ve
dined
at
Rusciano’s
2
times.
The
first
experience
wasn’t
stellar.
The
food
was
pretty
decent,
the
but
the
service
that
time
was
very
lacking.
Totally
flat,
and
we
felt
judged
for
having
3
little
kids
with
us.
It
seemed
like
they
gave
better
service
to
the
other
patrons
and
just
did
the
minimum
with
us.
That
was
about
a
year
and
a
half
ago.
Our
second
experience
was
better
service
for
sure.
They
were
much
more
friendly
and
welcoming
this
time,
but
less
professional.
The
server
was
very
kind
and
well
meaning,
helping
our
toddler
cut
and
eat
his
food,
but
frankly
I’d
prefer
to
help
my
toddler
eat
myself
and
have
some
privacy
once
we
receive
our
food.
We
went
to
eat
as
a
family
and
would
like
yo
do
just
that.
She
was
even
touching
his
food
to
help
him.
I
know
she
was
just
being
friendly
and
helpful,
but
that
crosses
the
boundaries
of
professionalism
and
should
be
addressed.
The
pizza
was
quite
good.
Best
wood
fired
pizza
in
our
near
vicinity.
The
sauce
was
delightful
and
the
crust
mouth-watering.
Everything
you
want
in
a
wood
fired
crust.
We
also
ordered
the
burrata,
and
the
fresh
mozzarella
was
delicious,
as
was
the
pesto.
The
atmosphere
is
okay,
but
nothing
special.
It’s
in
a
strip
mall
and
feels
like
it
too.
Bathroom
is
nice
enough,
but
no
changing
table—which
is
definitely
a
negative.
The
waitress
helped
find
a
way
to
accommodate
changing
the
baby,
but
they
really
need
a
changing
table.
We’ll
go
back
because
we
love
wood
fired
pizza
and
they
do
a
good
job!
Hopefully
we’ll
have
a
little
more
privacy
next
time
though.
