    I bought a 2020 ford explorer on 7/26/2023. The sale was flawless and easy. I wanted an explorer with the trailer hitch package and the sales associate said they could have it installed on my vehicle instead of seeing the others. I showed them exactly what I wanted and they agreed. Upon Installation of the hitch it was an aftermarket hitch under the bumper with the electronics hanging out through the trunk. I was very disappointed, and through a very long awful customer service experience I spoke to the General Manager who promised to get me the factory appearance tow hitch and bumper on 8/2/23. The installation happened a month later on 09/15/2023 the vehicle was read the same day and I was really excited to put this behind me. They did infact put the factory hitch on but they just cut my bumper out and damaged it. It has been an awful experience with van horn and too me just seems like they want to do the easiest thing possible hoping the customer does not ask them to follow through on their agreement. 3/10 experience :/ Below are an image of what it should look like, the first attempt, and the following attempt.

    Amazing dealership to work with! Zero pressure, great salespeople! Fred and Q where the BEST! We were able to take our time looking and deciding on the right vehicle for us. Would 100% recommend the drive to check them out!

    Amazing dealership with great salespersons and financing help. With it being my first time buying a vehicle on my own, and not being exactly sure what all I needed to do, Fred was absolutely amazing. Fred helped me the minute I sought interest in a particular vehicle and he was very honest with everything and explained everything very clearly. I had some questions on a few things that I needed updated/repaired and Fred is very certain that everything will be completed to its best abilities and my concerns will be addressed. I am very grateful that Fred is willingly fixing everything for me. I'm not sure that Fred even knew it was my first time, but he still made everything very understandable, reasonable, and made me confident going home in my new vehicle. Rick was my financing person and he was just as amazing. He was so helpful with ensuring I was going to walk away with the best deals and that I would drive away confidently. Rick was very personable and helpful. It was very reassuring that he wanted the best for me. Rick was very determined to ensure that I would be covered and everything would run smoothly with my new purchase. Very grateful to have the help I received allowing me to feel comfortable. Thank you so much Van Horn very grateful.

    I recently purchased a vehicle from Van Horn Ford in Lomira, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I scheduled a test drive to the moment I drove away in my new car, the entire staff was pleasant, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Even the General Manager came over to talk to me about his experience with owning and driving an electric vehicle, sharing his tips and tricks on chargers, availability of the charging network in Wisconsin, and which type of outlet to have installed in my garage. If you are in the market for a fairly priced car and top notch customer service, go to Van Horn Ford and ask for Kyle!

    Nate was amazing! I never once felt pressured or stressed. The whole experience was a breathe of fresh air from what I was expecting regarding buying a vehicle. They were able to answer all our questions and the whole process was painless! I will definitely be a return customer when the time comes!

    Fred did a great job. It's very clear that he really listened to us and found what we needed. We bought 2 cars tonite! Finance was great too! Very efficient! Whole experience was very pleasant, we will be back for our next cars! Thanks to all at Van Horn!

    I've purchased several vehicles over the years from a variety of dealerships. I'm not a Ford guy, but I was helping my daughter find a Bronco Sport. Without an appointment, our family walked into the Van Horn Ford Lomira dealership and we were immediately welcomed by staff. He quickly introduced us to Noah who helped us with the overall process. Noah was extremely knowledgeable of the products, very friendly and courteous, and incredibly patient with all of us. Unfortunately, the Bronco we wanted had just come into the dealership and needed to be gone through before we could test drive it. My daughter and I returned in a few days. Within just a few hours Noah, Ryan, and Shawn had worked out a purchase, finance, and trade-in package that worked perfect for my daughter. Not to mention, all three stayed well past closing time to finish the deal. And my daughter drove away all smiles. Incredible customer service! We will definitely be back to the Van Horn Ford Lomira dealership to work with Noah for our next vehicle. Thank you Noah, Ryan, and Shawn for all your efforts and positive experience!!

    Great customer service! Kaylee was amazing and super sweet and accommodating! Q was awesome too, super quick and friendly! I also worked with Rick and he was great as well! The whole team seems very friendly! Definitely recommend, I will never work with another dealership again. Everyone I worked with was so down to earth and relatable! You can tell they care for the customers and love their jobs! Thanks so much!
