I absolutely LOVE living here. The is by far the best apartment experience both my partner and I have ever had. Everything about the Whitley has exceeded our expectations. Caroline, Holly and the rest of the staff genuinely care for the residents and the building. The concierge team is always nice and helpful and the residents have been so friendly. There's a sense of community here and we've only been here a few weeks. There are multiple, thoughtful resident events every month, the pool just got new furniture, the gym has everything you need (including eucalyptus towels), there's a grocery store connected to the building and everything else you could want/need is 1-2 blocks away. We're in one of the updated units and it's a dream but you can't go wrong with any of the units. I mention to my partner how much I love living here every day. There's no place we'd rather call home than the Whitley :)

To whom it may concern, The Whitley apartment are more than just an apartment. They provide a home style feeling. Not only does the Whitley pay attention to the details of first impressions, but they continue that attention by acting on it and continuous attention to updating the living area, apartments, and resident care. There are several amenities that are a hidden gem in The Whitley Apartments. For example, they provide monthly activities for the residents, whether you are single, or multi-family. The outdoor pool and barbecue area is not only user-friendly, but extremely welcoming. It allows for not only residents to enjoy the area but also if you are entertaining family or friends. Recently, they have also started to upgrade the individual apartments and corredors for each floor. Most importantly, the Whitley apartments are extremely attentive to resident security and safety. There are multiple safety precautions so that as a resident you feel safe every day. This again just reinforces the Whitley's attention and to the satisfaction of existing residents and potential new residence. I have lived in the Whitley for 7 years, and will renew again. As each lease was ending, I looked at other downtown apartments and none were able to meet the Whitley standard. The building is clean and well maintained, the staff from front office to maintenance is responsive to residents and solves any issues quickly. The location of the Whitley cant be beat. Perfect 10 for walk ability to all downtown restaurants/shopping/grocery/entertainment. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I recently toured Whitley and the concierge was very helpful and showed me how to get to leasing. Charnel was welcoming and her personality made me feel right at home. The tour, communication, and atmosphere were wonderful.

Honestly, I am proud to call the Whitley home. I just renewed my lease for another 1.5 years and for good reason. The building, staff, and location are all top notch. Unlike other apartments across Austin and especially Downtown, the Whitley doesn't overly place emphasis on superficial features and amenities that distract from what truly matters in calling a place home. First and foremost, the building is just straight-up built well. Minimal noise if any at all between units and absolutely none between floors. Coming from a sound sensitive person, this is a game changer, because so many places nowadays are built cheaply and quickly with disregard for noise insulation. And for being smack Downtown I rarely get noise from the outside. Secondly, the units themselves (updated or not) are gorgeous and equipped with quality fixtures, appliances, etc. I'd say this also extends to the common areas (gym, lounge, pool). Lastly, and most importantly is the staff. Leasing agents, to management, to the concierge all have gone above and beyond for me during my first year here and it hasn't gone unnoticed. Caroline, Holly, and John have all but stopped short of nothing to address any questions or concerns and have always found a solution. Also the concierge staff, especially Santiago and Keri are just the sweetest most helpful folk. Lastly, maintenance repairs are traditionally prompt and never leave an issue unsolved. Ultimately, I can't recommend the Whitley enough to those looking to live in Downtown Austin. Y'all have really made my first year incredible and here's to another :) -Thank you

I have called the Whitley home for over three years now. It is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartments are well made and it is clear that they did not cut corners when building them. The management is fantastic and the team goes out of their way to make the building feel like a community.

I love The Whitley! I have been here for about 4 months now. Caroline Waterwall was great from the initial apartment showing to getting me moved in. The people at the front desk are always very nice. Management puts a lot of thought and planning into monthly activities which are great. Walking distance to great restaurants, grocery, etc. Very pet friendly. Extremely happy I chose The Whitley!
