The churros weren't that good and the girl serving was the worst ever... She looks like she's on cannabis and doesn't care about what we want. Worst service I ever had in my life.

The churro is good, however not as good as the Little Havana one. But I do want to point out the service here as others suggested is TERRIBLE. The sign says they are open at 9AM, google says 10AM but the young lady worked there said they are not open till 11AM. This lady was on the phone the entire time from 9AM - 11AM (yes I waited 2 hours because I had churro mania in Little Havana the first time and absolutely love it) even when taking my order. I know the management would just reply and say sorry for this rare incident, but as you can see from consistent reviews complaining about the service, this is not a rare incident!

After waiting in line for probably 10 minutes, we finally got to the window. The person at the window was difficult to hear and wouldn’t speak up and seemed irritated when we had to ask what they were saying. She had an unfriendly tone the entire time with us. They were out of pretty much all types of churros and sauces. We wanted the churro bites with chocolate, but all they had no churro bites left and only caramel sauce. They only had two options remaining, either churros with caramel drizzle or cinnamon churros. We ordered cinnamon but were charged for a more expensive option. Going back into the line to fix the charge was more of a hassle than getting our money back due to the length of the line, the slow service, and the attitude of the person at the window so we never did. A location in such a busy area should really be better than this.

Our experience with the service provided by this establishment has been subpar. The customer service was lacking and the employees seemed to have a negative attitude. Furthermore, the prices were excessive, with a single order of churros costing $16. We also experienced an issue with our order being incorrect.

OMG. BEST. CHURROS. HANDS. DOWN. i’ll pay $15 && more for these. dulce de leche & chocolate (not pictured) were so YUMMY. def satisfied my childhood churro craving :’)

The cashier today 7/29 at 6pm needs to find another job. She is completely miserable and is treating customers horribly. Out of three people in the line we were all shock at the level of poor customer service. Not coming back!

The churros are good but the girl at the register was rude. She didn’t give me a receipt and i later realized she gave herself 20% tip without asking me! Watch out for this, i hope the ownership will take measures.

Great food, service from Anthony, was very helpful. Atmosphere is fun and vibrant.
