This is how Swank has left my hair..... I'm speechless. Terrible customer service, didn't receive what I had asked for, and now I feel super insecure! :( This is not worth the $800 I paid in two visits (separated by a month). I went from dark brunette hair, to a screaming bright orange hair for a month, and this is after the final appointment. Update: a manager from swank has contacted me and thoroughly addressed all my concerns. I received a refund and was recommended new stylists to give a try. The management at Swank will protect you if this happens to you.

Today was my first time at Salon Swank and it was a great experience! The environment was so welcoming, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting Masha and having her cut my hair. She really listened to what I wanted and she was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back :)

I love going to Salon Swank to have my hair done. The salon is top notch, especially Amanda since she is always very professional and does an amazing job on my hair every time.

Salon Swank is the place to go! I saw Mikey for a color/tone correction and he did a marvelous job! I left the salon with a beautiful, creamy, brilliant blonde color. Mikey knew just seconds after glancing at my hair what I needed so I'm super thankful for his expertise. Also, Kendall did my blow out and it was the best blow out I've ever had! The front of my hair is complicated with cowlicks and it's not easy to do. She didn't seem to have any issues at all with it and I left with some sass in my step. Totally recommend both of these talented stylists! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've spent 7 years in st Pete without ever finding someone who can get me the perfect blonde hair and Kat at Salon Swank finally did it for me! I'm so glad I've finally found my new go-to. Not to mention, my appointment lasted several hours longer than initially scheduled and not only did Kat not bat an eye at spending her day with me, other stylists in the salon helped her on me and on Kat's other clients. Love to see a salon full of hair stylists with great attitudes! The whole staff made me feel so welcome.

I was feeling super down about letting my hair go so long without being done before coming in. Masha helped me clean up the entire look of my hair and it feels so amazing!! She also gave me tips on how to keep up with styling my hair that are super invaluable to me. AMAZING experience
