Back
in
January
of
2021,
my
wife
and
I
decide
to
build
a
house.
We
have
a
fairly
large
retaining
wall,
and
we
wanted
a
swim
spa
to
be
built
into
the
concrete
deck.
This
required
a
fair
amount
of
pre-planning,
and
Ryan
Jordan,
the
co-owner
of
Lake
Air
Pool
Supply,
helped
us
tremendously.
Together,
we
picked
out
a
swim
spa,
demoed
it
in
the
store,
and
then
he
made
several
trips
to
our
lot
to
help
lay
out
and
position
the
retaining
wall
for
the
spa
coffin.
Ryan
also
helped
us
come
up
with
an
idea
to
add
2
feet
of
decking
around
the
top
of
the
spa
to
allow
them
to
service
it.
Fast
forward
a
year
and
a
half.
We’re
finally
ready
to
drop
the
spa
in,
and
Ryan’s
brother
and
co-owner
Brandon
delivered
the
spa.
It
was
quite
the
undertaking,
with
a
forklift
to
set
it
over
the
retaining
wall
and
into
the
coffin.
It
fit
perfectly.
As
we’re
getting
ready
for
final
certificate
of
occupancy
approvals,
the
city
throws
us
a
little
curveball
and
says
we
need
a
special
permit
for
the
swim
spa.
Though
this
is
not
normally
required
in
Ryan’s
experience,
he
got
on
it
immediately.
He
worked
with
the
city
to
overcome
a
couple
of
obstacles
and
got
the
permit
issued
in
time
for
closing.
I
cannot
tell
you
how
impressed
I
am
with
Ryan
and
the
staff
at
Lake
Air
Pool
Supply,
from
when
they
sold
us
the
swim
spa
with
delivery
and
installation
installation
included,
to
hiccups
with
permitting,
they
followed
through
and
provided
outstanding
customer
service.
Ryan
specifically
took
care
of
us
through
the
very
end
and
made
sure
that
we
were
extremely
happy.
We
will
love
and
use
our
swim
spa
for
many
years
to
come.
I’ve
always
used
Lake
Air
Pool
Supply
to
do
my
pool
service,
but
I
have
a
newfound
respect
for
the
way
that
they
approach
business
and
take
care
of
their
customers.
You
will
not
regret
buying
any
type
of
pool
equipment
or
spa
from
Lake
Air
Pool
Supply.
Thank
you
again
to
Ryan
and
Brandon
and
their
first
class
service
team.
