My husband and I were looking for a place to take some interesting and fun photos and decided to make this a destination to stop. It was the perfect place to visit for photos! Some of the buildings were being renovated, so they gave us discounted admission. We spent about 3 hours walking the grounds, taking photos, reading about the site and the different buildings. This is a self guided outdoor walking tour of the abandoned mining town. We went in September and it was a little on the warm side so I recommend visiting during the winter months. The staff was friendly and they sell water bottles in the office in case you arrive unprepared.

We had a great time at Vulture City! You can tell they are making a great effort to restore the buildings and history. Took about an hour to walk around ourselves. We’ll definitely go back for the flash light tour at night. So looking forward to it!

Super fun little town and cool history! I wish some of the smaller buildings had lights so you could see inside at night but I'm sure that will come. The Halloween pumpkins are amazing and the puppet show was super fun! Definitely recommend:)

This restored ghost town was a great find. It was way better than I expected. They have obviously taken a lot of time and effort in the restoration and it’s really impressive. I highly recommend checking this place out, well worth a trip from the valley. We were here for the o pumpkin fest and this too was great.

We really enjoyed our visit yesterday! We should have come earlier during the day to have at least more time to explore the place. We were all in a rush because it was getting dark and some of the structures has no lightings. Nevertheless it's a great experience for our kids.

We took our grandson to the 9am open slot. They had several pumpkins and photo opportunities for your family. Loved seeing the history of the buildings with the before and after pictures and information of each one of the buildings. Live music and a few food options.

Our adventure at Vulture City was full of amazement and fun. There was plenty to see and do. My 4 year old grandson is still showing everyone the gold he panned. The kids learned to carve 3D pumpkins which was a great learning experience. All the displays are amazing and creative. It was a magical land and a magical experience being at Vulture City in Wickenburg. Fun for everyone of all ages.

Always a Great Experience and Time visiting Gourdy’s Ghouligans whimsically enchanting world! I love seeing how the whole set up changed and evolved from last year to this year adding in a pretty huge detail like the shadow puppet show! The story was awesome the artistry had so much imagination and detail with an engaging story teller to share it! We are looking forward to year #3 and sooooo on!!!!!
