The staff was véry helpful, patient, and kind to my situation and needs. Thorough and professional. Prompt with answering questions and getting me in and out with record time. Even the lab visit for bloodwork was pleasant. That's one doctors office i don't dread on having going to go to.

Took my dad there for his treatment and the pharmacist there was so condescending to my dad that I just excused myself before I might loss my temper. I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge and that was even worse asian lady had no care in the world. Dr. Poordad is recognized through out the nation but having these people run his office and put his reputation on the line is something else.

Nurse practitioner Hannah Lovelle was absolutely courteous & professional not to mention made me feel very comfortable in my situation. Dr. Petrasek had the most amazing bedside manner and empathy regarding the concern at hand. I look forward to working with them. The office staff was also very professional. And that nowadays is hard to find.

Not sure how this place has such great reviews when their receptionists hangup on patients when they need answers and then laugh about it. Medical issues are stressful enough. No one needs rude and unethical receptionists on top of that.

First I want to thank Dr poordad and all his staff from the beginning of last year when I first found out that I had cancer. I have gone through a lot of testing and treatments and everybody from this office to the University hospital , UT health has helped me through so many different ways that I am and my family are very appreciated and in debt to them. Thank you everybody for standing by me and doing everything for me to stay alive.
