They printed off about 500 4x6 pics for us, super fast, easy online process, picked up in store. They were very considerate and offered some other options for the projects I was doing. Thanks for all the help, I would highly recommend them for any photo needs, and they are locally owned!

They have great quality prints. Their software is user-friendly, which is great for ordering at home. The prints were ready by the time it took me to drive there and pick them up. They also have friendly and helpful staff.

Worst photography ever! Grass Lake schools use them for sports pics. It’s the 6 th year I’ve been disappointed. Shadows over my kids faces, blonde hair looks dark brown, arms and heads appear small and skinny. We laugh at the pics bc my student looks like he had an alien body. It’s sad I can’t pass on pics to grandparents. This company should be put out of business. Their photos are deplorable.

I took our Super 8 reels to Picture This... Jackson & they were put together on DVDs in a very timely manner & the final cost was below the estimate which was a nice surprise. The gentlemen I worked with were very nice, helpful & patient. But what a wonderful surprise we got when we watched the videos. They had added a lovely background & a beautiful smooth jazz soundtrack that went perfectly with those long ago videos!!! Thanks to all who brought these memories to life for us!!!

I’ve had a couple great experiences using this company. The first one: I was coaching my stepdaughter‘s cheer team and they were hired as our photographer for our team pics. Kyle was quick on my phone calls to answer any questions I had. He was very reliable when showing up on time. The pictures turn out great every single year. The prices are definitely a plus! My second experience: I also do photography on the side as a hobby. When I had an issue with my camera, I submitted help with a camera error I had through their form online. It was about 9 o’clock at night when submitted and I got a call at 9:30pm. Again, it was Kyle. Very quick response. We couldn’t figure out what the issue was over the phone, but he offered for me to come in when I was available to help me figure out what was going on. Luckily, I figured it out before I had to come in because of a simple mistake on my part. Lol. But he was patient and caring and took the time out of his long day to help. I want to add, not only are they a wonderful company to hire, they make things really fun for the kids! If I could give them 10 star, I would! Thank you Kyle! :)

This is what customer service should look like. I had the greatest experience getting things prepared for my sons graduation party. The individualized care and time Kyle and Michelle spent with me was priceless. All projects were well done and completed on time. This is the service you will not get anywhere else, I’ve tried. I can not thank the PTJ staff enough for their efforts and extra steps they took to ensure lasting memories for my family.
