I cannot recommend Long Island Hearing enough!! My 87 year old mom has been having issues finding a place that was willing to maintain her existing hearing aids without the hard sell for a new pair. Bill at Long Island Hearing understood what she was looking for immediately and made them sound as good as new. The entire staff here is amazing. Some day I'll need hearing aids as well and this is where I will be going.

I have been meaning to write a review on the staff at Long Island Hearing for a long time now. My mom has been a patient for over 5 years now and has been seeing Jennifer since. She is truly amazing and helps my mom with all her hearing needs. She is one of the most professional, kind, and thoughtful person I have ever met in any office. She and her twin sister Jessica (the Manager) is also an asset to this wonderful family practice. They both really care what they do which is HELPING PEOPLE. Jessica attends to all of my mom's needs when she's there and makes us feel at home. She kept up with the insurance company and kept me in the loop for reimbursement of my mom's hearing aids. These ladies are honestly such a pleasure to deal with, and it feels so nice to be treated the way we should be treated. I will not stop praising them because they deserve the best! And the peppermint patty at the end of each visit is also a bonus!! Maryann at the front desk is always greeting us with a smile as well. She lights up the room with her kindness. She's just a doll! I can't say enough about this place and will not go anywhere else and will continue to recommend them to everyone! GO NOWHERE ELSE BUT LONG ISLAND HEARING!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! Let me start with the receptionist at the desk. There are a few who work the front desk. Each and everyone of them are the most courteous, respectful and attentive people to help you with your needs. They listen and pay strict attention to what you have to say. They given me an appointment with one of the audiologist named Janet. In the first minute of meeting Janet, . I became completely at ease and knew I was in good hands. I needed new hearing aids and Janet was able to suggest a new pair of hearing to the market which directly will work with the need I had for hearing aids . Janet got the situation in gear and got My hearing aids ordered. I was looking forward to getting them before an event that I would be attending and they would be very beneficial for me in the situation I would be in I called the receptionists at the desk many times to follow up on the shipment and to please get them before the date I needed them! They were so nice and patient each and every time I called. I also spoke to Janet many times as well! They called me and told me they finally came in and set my appointment up for set-up with Janet. I could not be more happier than time I had to walk out with my new hearing aids in my ear. A job well done by a staff who cared, who listen and did everything they could to get me the new hearing aids in time for my need! Their patience with me goes well beyond a 5. I recommend Long Island Hearing , Inc to anyone with hearing difficulties. They are very professional at what they do. And know how to do it above and beyond. I was only allowed to give them 5 stars. We are so very fortunate to have a. Long Island hearing in Long Beach NY There are not enough words of praise for the services Mr Bill provides to our community. I have purchased my hearing aids from this location after being unhappy with the quality of my previous hearing aids. Long Island hearing offered me a discount for donating my useless aids. I found everyone at Long Island hearing to be funny and professional, while providing the service. Jennifer provided a hearing test an then programmed my new hearing aids. She then gave instruction on using them and the app she installed on my phone. Jess, who schedule’s appointments has a wonderful sense of humor and will not let you leave the office without a thin mint. Overall I would say they made the experience of getting hearing aides pain free and fun. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming to LI Hearing for 7 years. Everyone is so kind and friendly. When I come into the office it is like a family. I first saw Christine, who was excellent. Unfortunately she and her family moved so I now see Jennifer. Jennifer was so professional and adjusted my hearing aide after my hearing test. I couldn’t be happier with this practice and would highly recommend anyone with hearing problems to not only seek help but to seek it at Long Island Hearing. You won’t be disappointed with their care.

I’ve been a patient for many years and have never been disappointed the in quality and service that I have received.I recently needed an expensive repair and instead of charging me a fortune they wished a happy holiday and sent me on my way.
