Great arena! The facility is clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate. We had seats at center ice in the 6th row and could see almost all of the action throughout the game. The only issue we had was with the width of the bench seats. I am a bigger guy, and I had to pull in my arms and shoulders the whole time because all of the seats were sold out in our section and everyone was sitting shoulder to shoulder. That definitely made the experience uncomfortable. The seat spacing is a little wider than the Big House, but not by much. Other than that, great experience.

Not that I have much else to go off but it is my favorite place to watch D1 ice hockey. So much rich history within the building. Very family friendly venue. The student section and their witty chants is worth the price of admission alone.

Nice arena but seating is very tight. Great sheet of ice. Clean bathrooms w a decent concession stand. Handicap accessible. I’m going to give a solid 4. Would definitely come back! 🏒

One of best places to watch a hockey game. All seating is close and student/fan base is much more into it versus other Big10 schools. Children of Yost are awesome!

Yost is by far the best arena for Hockey in the state. Student section is always making the game fun. Love the fact the students always sing “Oh Canada” before puck drop. Maybe small but it’s my zen for sure.

After seeing a Michigan v. OSU hockey game in Columbus a couple years back, my wife and I decided to make the trip to Ann Arbor to check out the mecca of college hockey. Yost did not disappoint. The architecture for the entire athletic campus is stunning, but Yost really steals the show for us. Between the brick structure and large arches windows the building feels like a cathedral in all the best ways. Between the alumni band and the Children of Yost, it's clear how passionate everyone was for Michigan Hockey. It was impossible not to be enthralled by the atmosphere.

Such a fantastic atmosphere!!!! My husband is partial because he and his father had season tickets for Michigan hockey while he was growing up....we were lucky enough to take our daughters to their first hockey game here!!!! They LOVED it...the band....the cheers....the venue....the staff....everything is amazing for how affordable it is to go!!!! Plus the team is ranked so....the facilities shouldn't be the only reason you go!!!! If you've never been....you're welcome....and you should go!!!!

Amazing arena, like paying on an outdoor rink during the day. Absolutely stunning inside, GO BLUE!!!
