Place smells carpet in hallway disgusting looks like it was never vacuumed never mind washed or clean

Pictures don't match the property. The appliances are cheap and low grade. This matters if you like to cook like I do. I didn't even have a microwave included. The office staff are extremely nice until you sign your lease. There are a lot of young neighbors. Kinda of noisy a lot of hanging out outside smoking.

Place always smells like marijuana. Nips of alcohol and dog poop are left all over the building. Ordered a car seat for my child and it was stolen. Asked management to review footage and apparently the cameras do not work. Maintenance will not fix any issues. I had water pouring from my ceiling and black mold was left all throughout ventilation. They did not want to address the issue so I had to call the health department on them. Complex is ghetto.

Lease renewal was easy.

They have some anti social personality people people act creepy and weird here
