There is a train track right beside the dog park in front of the building The union train sound is horrendous. The trains go by all the time and it really disturbs peaceful sleep. I feel that the music Olive and wooster have in the hallway or lounge is to mislead visitors from the horrible sound of union station. Not for you if you desire peace

We had an amazing experience. Antony showed us the apartments and Melissa helped with the application processes. I felt very comfortable with them. The apartments are so beautiful and the amenities are incredible. The location is great, few steps from downtown and train station.

Very nice apartment in the area of new haven. The facilities and the interior is so nice. The front desk officer is very friendly. Apartment is very very clean and neat. Its fantastic.

Great building and friendly staff always accommodating and helpful. Melissa is amazing and helped me get my apt approved and move-in ready in a day. It was a stressful time and she truly showed she cared. You won’t regret moving to O&W.

touring the beautiful olive and wooster apartments was so lovely but what really sold the olive and wooster experience was our wonderful tour guide anthony. first he showed us a few virtual tours of the specific layouts we were interested in and went over logistics then showed us one of the available rooms for tour along with all of the gorgeous amenity's. this was the fist tour i didn’t have many questions because anthony went over everything and more before i even thought to ask!

Anthony was very personable, informative, and accommodating. My family enjoyed our tour of the complex and available units. I am looking forward moving in this summer!

The staff at Olive and Wooster's were outstanding! I stopped by with no appointment, but Anthony provided me with a thorough tour. He expertly guided me through the property, showed me all the amenities and floor plans I was interested in. His professionalism, kindness and great personality were very much appreciated!
