    I love Temecula Medical Group. They do their best to make time for you. I have never had to wait very long either. The doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners are helpful and willing to take the time to answer all questions. I especially have had great experiences with PA Ryan Rowan and Nurse Practitioner Mandy. I really like the staff in the front. They are friendly over the phone and in person. I also feel like they bill reasonably and with my Health Savings Account I feel the visits are billed fairly. I have been to other urgent care offices and I have been frustrated with the extremely high prices for the same service but the experience is less quality service. We will continue to go back for urgent care and for primary care provider services.

    Every single person in the office is wonderful. I see Ryan Rowan and I am 77 years old. I have never experienced such great care. He is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and patient. Everything you want in a healthcare professional. I just can't say enough good things about this medical group. My wife and my adult son are also his patients and wholeheartedly agree with this review!!

    I went as a “shopper” looking for detailed care around enhanced blood lab work and was VERY happy with the free consultation information that I received. As an HMO insurance client I was very happy with the concept of the concierge concept to fill in what my HMO denies. I was treated thoughtfully and had all my questions answered. They really took the time to listen and understand my needs. Then, they text me with the requested information on costs for different lab tests I was interested in right away. When I had a question they text back in a timely manner. I am very happy with the visit and hope to work with them in the future. Just the care I was looking for.

    Dr's and they staff are amazing, I am impressed with the fact that they really take the time to listen and observe when a medical issue has become present. The staff is Great and courteous when it comes to follow ups and refill prescriptions. They are diligent to request labs, needed to required paperwork and authorizations from other medical facilities. Keep up the great work , lastly I feel very comfortable going to see my Dr and staff because of the friendly family like environment. 10/10 Recomended!

    Dr Ryan and his staff are absolutely incredible. He is the most caring Dr. who actually sits with you and hears all your concerns. I truly Appreciate the option to have a membership that I can see the Dr without insurance and know I’m being taking care. Thank you so much to the staff at Temecula Medical Group you all are so amazing!

    Dr. Ryan is always such a pleasant person to see. He has The best attitude when it comes to his job. He is the most caring doctor I’ve ever had. He seems to really care about my health and what is best for me. The ladies in the office are always greet me with the smile. It’s nice to go to the doctor and feel like your family.. Thank you Dr. Ryan for always being there for me, keeping my sobriety intact and treating me like a valuable person.. If you’re not using Temecula Medical Group, I don’t think you’re getting the best care possible. God bless, Dr. Ryan and all the other physicians in the office. They are completely amazing. You will not be disappointed when going to this office.

    Very good experience at Temecula Medical Group! Professional office with friendly staff. My first visit to this office, the provider was very caring and took time to go over my health. They also follow up on their patient portal promptly.

    I absolutely love Temecula Medical Group, everyone is so friendly and attentive to needs. I have been to this office a few times over the past two weeks, and I have felt comforted and cared for every time. Everyone there knows what they are doing and they are confident. It is a great medical office. There is nowhere else I would rather go for my medical needs!

    I'm going to make this my primary doctor. I loved the receptionist I spoke with that got me in the next day. And the receptionist that checked me in I thoroughly enjoyed her as well. The doctor I seen I really liked her as well. Very professional and caring.

    Ryan Rowan has treated me with several visits now. He is calm, knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. He is never rushed and is a very personable medical professional. I trust Ryan and always feel more secure and relaxed after my appointment with him. He is definitely an asset to Temecula Medical Group. He is my idea of a doctor. I feel like he cares for my well being. I am thankful that he treats me now. I have sincere confidence in Ryan.

    The entire staff is AMAZING! My husband, adult son and myself have been going for almost 4 years. I can’t express how wonderful the staff and Dr. Ryan are. He is compassionate and caring. Very thorough and knowledgeable. You will never find a better medical office!

    I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Temecula Medical Group. I’ve taken my family for urgent care services and it was very easy to schedule appointments, we experienced very little wait times, and the physicians were very attentive to our needs. Physicians and administrative staff are very kind and welcoming. We will continue to utilize their services and may choose to switch over to them for primary care.

    Ryan Rowan is my provider there and I like him a lot. - This past Tuesday I had an appt with Ryan, all went well he sent over my prescriptions right after my appt. When I called the pharmacy they said my Mounjaro, diabetes meds (I really have diabetes lol) needed A prior authorization. My next shot wasn’t due until Friday so I figured (how bad can they screw this up?!) well on Friday morning I called to make sure it had been taken care of. Insurance said that “no the Drs office has not submitted a prior auth to date” (1/11/24). So I call the ins first thing in the morning and nothing. So I call the office. Speak to Heather (nice enough but doesn’t do what she says she’s done and just do not irritate her!)…she supposedly looks in the computer and says “oh yea it says it’s been started”, first of all the front will put their hand on a Bible and tell you they don’t have access to what the back office does so the fact that she was able to just pull it up was a neat trick. Then she tells me to hold on, so I do. She comes back and says “I SPOKE TO THEM and they said they started it and they’ll work on it and have it done today”. I’m shook. Shot due that day. They’ve had since Tuesday to do this prior auth and they “started it” Friday. She then tells me “lunch is in 25 mins so I’m sure they won’t look at it until after that”. So since these are my diabetic meds, I’m getting very nervous. I call in and speak with Jess at the front (we love her! She’s kind, patient, always has a smile on her face and gets things done! She’s great!) she says “let me check on it for you, I know she went back there and put a sticky on their desk to let them know you called but I’ll see where it’s at”.. she comes back and lets me know they started it. So when I called back at 4:50pm and the insurance still has not received a prior auth I make a phone call, please DO yell at me. (the back ofc has yelled at me before for calling twice on a Friday, after getting no response the first time about my rx that I needed for a surgery) Heather wouldn’t talk to me, Jess gets on the phone, does what she’s asked and says “hi Janelle, that prior auth was submitted on the 10th of this month”. I had to laugh, this has officially become a monkey f***** a football. In the middle of Heather making Jess do her dirty work I get this text from Heather, Hi Janelle - just spoke to the Medical Assistants. They checked on your prior auth...AGAIN. It is STILL pending with the insurance. At this point, it is out of our hands. Since we are closed tomorrow, you can check with your pharmacy and they can run it to see if it's been approved yet by your insurance company. Sorry, there is nothing we can do at this point. We are waiting, the same as you.**Ryan probably got wind of this and they wanted something in writing to cover themselves. I ask to speak to Heather. I tell her that she and I BOTH know that I was never asking for them to repeatedly check with the ins to find out if it was approved yet as was inferred in the text, that her sarcasm and condescending tone in her text did not go unnoticed nor did the unprofessionalism of refusing to speak with me with regard to her saying “it was started” . Please take note of heathers response, I’m just going to quote she and I: H- They just told me it was sent out on to 10th Me- this morning you said you could see in the computer that it was started this AM H- well when I was back there they showed me in their computer it went out on the 10th Me- wait they showed you or told you because you just said they told you H- it was sent out on the 10th Me- nope, neither companies have received it, do you have a reference or order number perhaps? H- I don’t but we don’t have access to the info they do in the back. Me- then how did you know it was started this morning when you checked your computer? Needless to say she was frustrated at being called out. Today is Sunday the 14th, the prior auth has still not been submitted. Basically They are good for colds and referrals.
