We have been to Bambu several times and their food is consistently authentic, perfectly flavored, always fresh, and beautifully plated. Today we had our takeout order packed to go for a flight and several hours later it was perfect. Some of our favorites include the pastrami egg rolls, pan fried wontons, Mongolian beef, pad thai, and chicken lo mein. For kids we love the sesame chicken rice bowls; kitchen staff will gladly put the sauce on the side if requested. Best kosher Chinese food on the market and fantastic customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was outstanding. The staff was very attentive and polite. I'm just a visitor in s. Florida, but I'd return regularly if I lived locally. My wife and I took our children and grandchildren (party of 10) and we found the prices to be within reason. I was so satisfied, that I doubled the tip . There was plenty of parking. Pics are of nearly empty plates

Mongolian beef was insane - the best I ever had. The meat there was not plastic tasting which you normally get in kosher restaurant. We’ll done 👏🏻. The General Tsao was too fried and the batter was hard, but overall good. The vegetable lo mein was just ok, no flavor. I would come back again. Expensive for lunch.

HIDDEN GEM IN MIAMI! This is THE BEST Chinese food spot in all of Miami, and the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. My family and I just tried this place out tonight, not knowing what to expect and we were all blown away. The service was incredible. I don’t remember the waiters name, but hes bald and he said he works on the beach in long sleeves near the Fountain Bleu. We got the dim sum, general tzo, sesame chicken, wonton soup, sweet and sour soup, and the orange chicken and we almost fell out of our chair after having our bites. If you’re in Miami, this restaurant is a MUST GO. We will be coming back… Thank you Bambu!!!

I have been a connoisseur of Oriental food for almost 35 years, the past 10 years being strictly Kosher. This restaurant uses authentic flavoring with their own unique pizzazz in their dishes as opposed to the buffet style Americanized flavorings. Great food, great service, pricing is as expected as it is Kosher, and worth giving it a try if you have not. Be advised that they choose not to use much (if any) soy sauce in their fried rice, which most are accustomed to, so ask for a bottle of soy sauce and add it to your desired taste because the rice is delicious. It's not your buffet style peas and carrots fried rice.

Excellent experience at this kosher restaurant. Delicious food and good sized portions. Very friendly staff, they really enhanced our experience. Only 1 option for dessert.. fried ice cream.. I wasn’t keen on this. Apart from this, served great Asian food, thank you!
