I am so sad I even have to give this 1 star! My stepdaughter has been going to this doctor for 8 years now and my 10 month old daughter has been since she was born. It was great until 6 months ago. I had been given a doctor who diagnosed my daughter with things she was found that she did not have. I have been rushed with a 10 minute or less appointment for a serious problem and delayed in different appointments for an hour waiting period. I feel this clinic is not taking people or sickness serious. The only good thing I have to say is Dr.Deanna is the most amazing pediatrician if it was just her clinic and different staff I would still be there. But unfortunately they are unprofessional and not serious about people’s time or children’s health! I do not recommend this pediatrician! My daughter is valuable and our time.

Horrible experience please read!!! My wife and I recently brought our week old baby in for her first Checkup, where we were seen by doctor Hedayati. She was not rude but very unprofessional. She told us that our little girl had low blood sugar and that's why we were having trouble with her eating, however she never even tested her blood sugar. She treated our baby like a rag doll throwing her around and force feeding her formula stating that she was not eating enough and directed that me and my wife do the same, insisting that she must eat 2 ounces of formula every feeding. Being that we are first time parents we listened, and proceeded to have the worst 2 feeding experiences we have had since she was born. The force feeding caused her belly to get to full where she then started vomiting formula out of her nose. For any parent that loves their newborn I would suggest staying far from Dr. Hedayati. I cannot speak for the other doctor because we will never step foot in that establishment again. PROCEED WITH CAUTION IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILD!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. The rudest staff I have encountered. Went in with our firstborn two day old and we were basically rushed in, told we know nothing and shamed about it and then shooed away. The doctor told us everything the hospital told us - we delivered at Baylor Scott and white in Dallas - was incorrect and way off. She said 1 oz at feeding every 2-3 for our 1-2 day old was not nearly enough and that sunlight through a window does absolutely nothing to help her jaundice - both which Baylor Scott nurses had recommended us - and that the baby should be bathed every day. I haven’t seen anything online to back anything she has told us. We had been panicking and force feeding to reach her recommendation. This whole experience was a nightmare and terrible for new parents. Shame to this place.

If you do not have standard insurance I strongly suggest you do not use this facility. I was recommended to visit/take my children here last fall as I was new to the area. I brought my daughter for a simple well check up and standard vaccinations. Loved my time with the doctor, however the nurse was very odd with my infant. She asked if I had any questions and I did not. She gave my child her shots and I was sent to the billing station. There I found out the cost/payment was astronomical! The front office staff was beyond rude and told me it was a tough lesson to learn. I called and complained to the office manager and even put in a formal complaint with the Texas Health offices. I’m so sad this was my experience of a place recommended to me. If it was just for the doctor I would go here, but never again.

I love the separate waiting rooms for well or sick kids. The receptionists were kind enough to hold my baby so I could fill out paperwork. Tammy, the medical assistant was great. Frank, the nurse practitioner, was gentle and reassuring with my 10 month old. The actual facility was very clean and pleasantly decorated. I will be returning!

We are new to Texas so picking a pediatrician for my child is always a little nerve racking. My son has a few hearing and behavior issues that have to be addressed with any new doctor. I was very impressed and pleased with the doctor/nurse we had our appointment with. He sat with us and addressed our issues, answered all our questions. I didn't feel rushed at all, i felt as if we were his only patient for the day. (Even though we weren't) I'm thankful my choice was a perfect fit for us!

WE LOVE DR. P SO MUCH AND ALL THE STAFF!! They always take such good care of us! Dr. P is so so welcoming and explains everything so thoroughly! I wouldn’t trust taking my daughter anywhere else but here! We appreciate everything that they do for us. Especially for being a first time mom Dr. P has helped me so much and has taught me so so much!! If I could I would rate them 100 stars I would!
