As an event stylist, the worst feeling is NOT getting an ordered shipment in time! That is exactly what happened to me. In a panic for professional quality balloons, I did a google search and found Party Paradise. I wasn’t very hopeful they would have what I needed and in the color palette I had to have at that… To my surprise, they had exactly what I needed and more! The experience I had with Party Paradise was exceptional service. I came in the store to request a balloon arch on the weekend of graduation ceremonies. And the day prior to my son’s baby shower. Although the lady was swamped, she made a commitment to have it done by noon on Sunday. We went through what balloons I should select and what colors accommodated one another. May I say she executed my request and it was beautiful. Thanks again Party Paradise for honoring my request in such a timely manner.

Purchased a couple of luau lei necklaces 5 days ago... unfortunately my daughters birthday was a change of plans so i took them back to get store credit not even my money back and the owner was not hearing it, i understand you have a no return policy on wearables but when the product wasnt event taken out of the bag its alittle ridiculous! Needless to say the balloons that needed to be aired up are getting filled elsewhere! Do not recommend!

Lot going on in this place. Fairly organized, but very crammed with items. Some items are very pricey, $14 for a 1 lb bag of candy. Other items were more reasonably priced. Halloween costumes, party goods, balloons, etc.

Party Paradise has became my favorite store for balloons and party supplies. Steve and the whole staff are so welcoming. I don’t mind taking the 25 min drive every time I need balloons. The plus is GREAT quality balloonia balloons for balloon setups!

Party Paradise made decorating for my husband ‘s surprise 70th birthday a breeze . Everything I needed in one store . They are wonderful people to work with and my order was correct to a Tee! Golf themed party Lol

Party Paradise had everything I needed for my housewarming party. It was super convenient to shop for everything all in one place at a fair price for high quality products. They had exactly what I wanted to match my fiesta theme and there were plenty of other themed items for any type of party as well as any color imaginable silverware, table clothes, cups etc . Everyone I spoke to while shopping was helpful and friendly, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my future party needs!

I have been a customer at Party Paradise for years and I am always glad I stopped in. I am the Children’s Minister at my church, so I have had plenty of opportunities to need party and event supplies! They have an amazing variety of things. I love going just to walk around and get fresh ideas. Another reason I head that way every time there is an event, is the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Just ask and they can show you ideas for decorating, costumes, celebration ideas and even prizes! I highly recommend stopping by there!

Came in and felt like I wasn’t welcomed. The lady looked at me and turned her head without greeting me. There is usually a guy there and he’s always been friendly, wish he was. If you work in the front, you greet your customers not give ugly looks. Response: it’s not that fact on hurting your business. You have amazing products in your store, but business is business and to succeed it starts with your attitudes if you want customers to return. Simple as that

This was the PERFECT costume for our little guy to spread a little holiday cheer throughout the neighborhood!

Everyone we worked with at Party Paradise was fabulous. They were helpful and professional. The balloons were delivered and everything turned out great. I would 100% recommend them over any other party store!
