Came in on the now 2$ Thursday to return items I purchased a few days ago at a store down the street. Manager - long black curly hair - refused return, said they don’t take returns from other locations, then she just shoved it all at me and left the register. Fine- I’ll pop by on my way home. But then I started shopping, and the first USED dress I touched had a $24.99 tag. CEO got a raise. Raised prices. Cant use dressing rooms. Cant make returns. Putting trash on shelves. There is a Savers one block up. EDIT: confirmed at another location that items can be returned to ANY goodwill. The manager at this location is a liar, lied to my face to avoid doing work. The entire purpose of Goodwill is to employ and provide job training. This manager needs retraining, or better yet, this goodwill needs a new manager.

The "manager" is so rude in this place she accused me of changing the tag when you can clearly see that it was already been there for a while she was getting agitated and took things from 1 to 100 really quick

Prices are so high, $140 for a bench you can walk next door to DDs and get for $40. A archery target bag used and full of holes $30. Found same one online brand new $33. Childs sweater $11.99 can buy brand new and possible cheaper next door at DDs. What the hell is wrong with the people pricing this stuff out! If you are looking to save money DO NOT COME HERE! You can buy stuff NEW and Cheaper Then Buying it second hand here at the goodwill.

Get a bike rack if you have nothing better to do than complain when a customer brings their bike in to see if an item youre TRYING TO SELL will work for them! Maybe you should ride a bike once in a while yourself youre a teensy bit over weight

Two stars because I've occasionally found "okay" deals and bought things here. Be prepared to not even get a "hello". I recently went here to make a return, stood at the last register (not the main long line since they don't process returns) and employees saw me, walked past, even one woman started working the register right in front of me. Did she ever wonder why I was standing there? Not even a "sir can I help you with something? Why are you here?" I wasn't standing there because I wanted to. Only after I said loudly "Excuse me, are returns done on this register?" Did she flatly answer "No, they are done on register 1". She never paged anyone. I went over to register 1, and kept making eye contact with whom I suspected was the manager with a bunch of tattoos. After what seemed like minutes she came over, never acknowledged me. Never even said "hello". She did the return. It's a weird place. The employees need training in dealing with people. Their communication skills are non-existent. The goods are largely overpriced (see picture) with some okay deals sprinkled in. I found a nice $4 t-shirt that I didn't purchase because I couldn't try it on. I'd avoid.

The place is picked up for being so busy today. It is 50 percent off this Saturday. It's clean and for the most part has plenty of hidden gems. Has that classic Goodwill smell.

🫤 $$$$$ Very expensive membership. They are always closing the pool for "lightning" in the area. The diving boards and slide are randomly closed every so often. Nice workout area. Very nice little kiddie pool, when open. Watch your kids though, I don't trust the cute little teenagers they hire as life...
