My coworker and I stopped in after our local bank partner told us about this unique shop that offered candles, bath products, and ice cream among other sweet treats! The shop owners were so nice to chat with and I am now in love with their hand crafted candles. We also couldn't leave without a few cookies in hand (which my children loved). I highly recommend stopping in the next time you are in downtown Hickory.

Perfect little place on Union Square! Their ice cream selection provides something for everyone and their candles are the very best! They have some fun extras such as popcorn, cotton candy and vintage candy at the counter. The employees provide excellent customer service. Our go to for dessert after dinner out!

WOW!!!!!! My daughter and I just had our minds BLOWN away by the staff and desserts that we just happily inhaled!!!! The cake cone icecream with Cookies & Cream was delightful, everything you’d expect from a 5star ice cream shoppe. But the Jewel of the shoppe is the Fruity Pebbles Milk shake that they had, looked so enticing- we had to try…… After a few seconds of sampling this delicious treat, we were instantly in love!!!!! KUDOS to the staff for creating such a masterpiece!!!

My favorite place to come for candles. Ice-cream is my favorite dessert but I somehow find myself skipping it whenever I come to Carolina Crafted. I just love love the regular sized candles. There’s so many unique and different scents to chose from! Great place to order online for the holidays for family back at home

I got a scoop of the chocolate chip cookie dough- it was delicious! My kids got a scoop of ice cream and they said it was very good. They had a bunch of candies to choose from and my kids got a few things. Very friendly, quick service from Anthony. Lovely place to stop at while in Hickory.

Very good customer service , very delicious treats and a clean shop. Edit: We returned to this place and the customer service was above and beyond. They absolutely try hard to get you what you want. 5 golden stars

The ice cream was absolutely amazing, the staff were all super nice even though it was right at closing time. We will definitely be back this summer!

Was greeted as soon as I walked in! (Even though they were pretty busy)..the scent bombs all smell amazing! And too top it off the Ice cream was soo good!!
