This
is
a
PSA
to
all
prospective
Joint
clients:
If
you
sign
up
for
a
monthly
plan,
they
will
refuse
to
refund
you
for
a
month
that
goes
completely
unused.
If
you
want
to
cancel
your
plan,
you
cannot
use
their
nationwide
website
to
do
so.
You
will
have
to
go
to
your
local
Joint
and
cancel
in
person
after
filling
out
paperwork
as
to
why
you
are
cancelling.
They
do
not
tell
you
about
their
cancellation
policy
when
you
sign
up,
only
after
you
are
trying
to
cancel.
I
attempted
to
cancel
before
my
most
recent
charge
processed.
I
was
unable
to
do
so
and
the
charge
posted
on
a
Sunday.
They
have
refused
to
refund
me.
Now
as
for
the
chiropractic
service.
If
you
have
non-serious
adjustment
needs,
feel
free
to
use
this
walk-in,
no-technology
franchise
chiropractic
practice.
They
have
a
rotation
of
chiropractors,
so
you
probably
will
not
have
a
serious
discussion
about
what
your
adjustment
needs
are.
You
will
walk
in,
get
half
your
body
cracked,
and
walk
out.
So
if
you
want
to
treat
your
spine
like
a
fast-food
restaurant,
this
is
the
place
for
you.
3
of
my
4
chiropractors
at
this
location
were
very
nice
guys.
They
were
friendly
enough
for
the
90
seconds
we
had
to
see
each
other.
I
stopped
going
to
The
Joint,
not
only
because
I
was
feeling
things
after
adjustments
that
I
had
never
felt
before,
but
because
I
knew
it
wasn't
fixing
my
problems.
Save
yourself
time
being
poorly
adjusted
and
avoid
being
scammed
by
ghost-customer-service
cancellation
policies...don't
go
here.
I
should
have
known
I
wouldn't
get
proper
chiropractic
treatment
here,
but
now
I
know
The
Joint
plays
the
hide-and-seek
corporate
franchise
shell
game
when
you
need
real
customer
service.
I
have
attempted
multiple
times
to
contact
The
Joint
via
their
online
"contact
us"
messaging
system,
and
shocker,
have
not
received
an
answer.
Hopefully
they
are
more
responsive
to
honest
public
feedback.
