I have to say finding Dr. Nerete was a blessing. With his expert advise and hormone replacement options, I am back to feeling better from day 1. It is nice to find a Dr that goes over each and every detail and is honestly concerned about your well being. His staff is not only friendly they are very professional and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I’m currently in the intermittent fasting program that is run by Lifestyle Specialist MariCarmen Bandin. I’ve been in the program for a few months, and I have gained a wealth of knowledge about intermittent fasting, eliminating dairy, and even incorporating some plant based options for me meals. The program has been great for me as it has helped me lose weight because I added weight do to an injury and being leas active than before. I am down 15 pounds so far and feeling amazing and I look forward to continuing in the program! It definitely has been a game changer for me. I will make it apart of my life going forward!
