Mission Viejo Optometry office is well organized. Staff are very professional and very pleasant. Laura is great. Dr. Amanda Walsh is the BEST! Dr. Walsh is intelligent, well knowledgeable, and so personable. She takes time to explain and answer your questions. Dr. Walsh is amazing!

Great team here. I’m a new client. The prescriptions (contacts and lenses) were right on. My contacts were perfect and very comfortable for all day use. Glasses look great. Staff was super friendly and fun to talk to. Highly recommend.

I received prompt, thorough treatment from Dr. Amanda Walsh. I was given the opportunity several times to ask questions. I received additional friendly help before the appointment from Lara regarding benefits questions. In addition Lara provided a thorough pre-doctor eye exam. After the appointment I received thorough follow-up from Jenny. All three ladies were very friendly in addition to the other two offices staff members: Sao and Michael.

I was looking for eye glass repair and chose Mission Viejo Optometric Center. I had bent my Ray-Ban eye glass frames and needed them fixed quickly. I was so impressed by the young woman who greeted me and actually took care of the repair immediately. Her name was Chell. Professional, courteous and explained what I could expect. It was done in very short order and it gave me time to look around the shop. What a great place and I know that I’ll be going there for all of my optometry needs.

Fantastic experience and I rarely say that about going to a doctors office but Dr.Walsh is very nice and thorough and I can tell she truly cares about my eyes being their best. The staff is very nice and made it easy and affordable to get the contacts I needed and new pair I’d glasses I’ve need for a decade. There are enough tough things in life- thanks for making this all so easy! ( Btw, noticed this place is also very kid friendly when I was chatting with some kids while looking at frames!)

I had an optometrist who was dismissive about my eyes in La Jolla since 2019. More so since May of this year. Then he told me I had a slight trace of cataracts which scared me at age 47. Went to my ophthalmologist who was dismissive of MORE of my blurred vision caused by lack of sleep due to work. Had a 3rd concussion that caused some blurred vision. But lack of sleep caused more. My doctor at this office, she listened to my every detailed starting from 2018 to present. It is our duty and responsibility to tell our doctors the truth and detailed information so that our doctors can help us and figure everything out. Regardless of what specialty our doctors are. It is very vital could be life saving especially eye saving. Turns out dont have slight trace of cataracts. But eith the 3rd concussion and lack of sleep trauma has caused blurred vision. Only when I read or write whether on paper or phone or reading ingredients. I am using my glasses constantly every day. And I cannot clip someone's nails or toes without using my glasses, more of a blur. This doctor and office are amazing people. honest and trusting. I thank God for them. She listens and tells te truth never sugar coats anything. I appreciate this office all together.
