Such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The server recommended Tom yum, tomato, and pork bone broth soup base based on our preferences. Delicious! Our mains were a variety but we loved the shrimp paste, seafood platter, fish balls, brisket, etc. The broth was perfectly seasoned and flavorful! The meat was fresh and the servers recommendations were top notch and ensured everything was paired and cooked PERFECTLY. Highly highly highly recommend. Thank you so much Dylan!!

Had a delightful meal at HaiDiLao. My server, Wen Han, provided a friendly and attentive service, the tom yum broth had a rich flavor, though the menu was a bit more expensive compared to other options. The thoughtful hotel-like bathroom amenities were also impressive.

This place is tucked away off of busy streets. Great parking! Amazing food! (There's a robot server that brings your food while the staff makes your experience amazing.) There were anniversaries, birthdays, and lots of celebration going on while I was dining. Lili was my server. She has a great table-side manor and goes above and beyond for her guests. The bathroom was stocked with hygiene products you don't normally see at a restaurant. Very cool! The sauce bar has cool little treats and is a must try add-on to add flair, flavor, and crunch to any meal. They have great deals on meats. Try the handmade noodles if you want a show! And sign up for their free membership to unlock perks. Highly recommend! My only regret is not saving room for desert!!

This is fun way to eat hot pot by robot server! Meat, vegetable are fresh. A lot of choice for making your own sauce and you can take left over from the pot with you. Little bit pricey if you going with a big group of people you can end up paying $60-$70/per person

It is a great place to eat. Servers show you how to order and are very attentive. The atmosphere is great. They provide aprons so that you don't get your clothes dirty and hair ties for people with longer hair. Depending on the time the wait time can be a little long, but worth the wait.

Food was delicious and service from our waiter Dylan was fantastic. We tried 4 soup bases—the Tom yum and tomato soup were my favorites. We had an assortment of meat, seafood, vegetables and noodles. Shrimp paste was so good. Dancing noodles was entertaining. We will definitely be back!

Best hot pot I've ever been to. I recommend the green chili pepper corn soup base for vegetables and the tomato soup base for proteins. Take advantage of the free buffet. It has many nice sauces and foods you can put in your soup. Also it had pudding and dessert.

Robots, hot pot and delicious food. Always a great time and so good. If you are a first time visitor, make sure you ask questions or listen to a server. Some of the soups in the hot pots come with meats, so be careful on ordering double. This place can be expensive if you do not know what to order. The broth with the bone was sooo good. The coconut and corn was pretty bland. Go with the bone broth. We got Udon Noodles and egg noodles and both were good. The pork tenderloin and pork belly were both great. The sliced chicken breast was ok but the chicken thigh pieces were better. Make sure to hit the toppings/sauce bar to get some hoisin sauce, corn and edamame. There are also desserts and other items there. Do not stay there too long because a robot cart will deliver food on a cart to your table and if you are getting sauces you will miss the robot cart. See my video of it. The iPad type ordering can be confusing and remember that you do not need to get a WHOLE hotpot (4 quadrants for table) I believe you can just get a half or quarter. The orange slices post dinner are great too. I will be going back!! Hit it whenever you need to go to Academy since it is just around the corner.
