Sometimes they get really busy and the wait is long, even if you have an appointment.. but overall it’s a great place to go! Everyone is friendly and helpful from the front desk to imaging, to the person evaluating you! Thanks DOC. (:

I had a wonderful experience at Direct Orthopedic Care Frisco. The front desk was welcoming and friendly, the clinic was nice and very clean. The x-ray tech (Thomas) was super nice and friendly as well. I saw Sydney as my provider today she was very warm and explained thoroughly my X-rays and plan of care.The provider answered all of my concerns and took the time to make sure I understood what to expect moving forward. The service here is amazing and quick for a specialist care. 10/10 would recommend.

The doctor and the staff are so friendly and gracious. I've never seen a more efficiently run office with such a genuinely caring and thorough doctor. I would recommend this facility to anyone and will tell my family as well! Thank you for your caring treatment!

Had a wonderful experience with the PA and her team. They were professional, knowledgeable and mostly prompt. Easy appointment and for those with out of network or no insurance have a reasonable all inclusive $475 pricing. The PA was very caring and thorough for my mom that I took to DOC But just know that you won’t know if you are going to be seen by a doctor or a PA until you get there-they should be more clear about that upfront. And maybe pricing should be different based upon whom you see?

We had a pleasant experience at DOC, Frisco..Sydney was very warm and explained the issue my daughter was facing and how to manage it going forward. The best part about the facility is the ease of getting an appointment, especially since they are open 7 days a week..very convenient and prompt!

I read a review here about skipping the Urgen care and coming here. 100%. If you have a sports injury, please come here. They are amazing. From check in to xray to diagnosis. Chefs kiss. This practice is a rare find, they actually care. In and out and got more insight into the issue than the oil change style Urgent cares

I was able to conveniently book online. To my surprise they had availability the very next day. I was quickly checked in, taken back for xrays, and seen by the physician. Great experience, I'm glad I gave DOC a try!
