Hardy Foods is my favorite meal prep service I’ve used for several reasons. First, the food itself is delicious and healthy. Second, you receive a lot of food! Third, it’s reasonably priced; it’s cheaper than a number of other meal prep services, and you get a lot of food for what you pay. Delivery is also so convenient! Finally, I really appreciate their communication and customer service!

The food was exceptional and made my meal prep so easy. I felt good while eating them and would recommend to anyone who is trying to clean up their diet.

I have been getting Paleo meals from Hardy Foods for about a year and a half and it has been life changing for me! I’ve always been in good shape but Hardy has helped me to get in great shape. With clean eating and increased workouts I dropped my body fat to the range of 6% (I’m over 50 btw). I look better, feel better, and have more energy than I did before! I used Hardy Foods to help out a friend. They delivered meals for 6 months, 7 days a week. The food was so fresh, they had innovative menus, they were easy to communicate with and helped us immensely. This is priced so reasonably, which made it possible to be able to even do! I am really grateful.

I am SO GLAD I found HARDY FOODS!! It literally has changed my life. Before finding this place, I used to always wonder, the daily question, what am I going to eat? Then I would spend around 15-25$ a day on food that was not great and definitely NOT healthy. I am a very busy single guy and I enjoy cooking but not the cleanup! These meals are so delicious and so healthy, much cheaper than the fastfood diet I was on. The only complaint I really have is that the containers they use do not close very well, but I can live with that. Thank you Hardy Foods!!!

Hardy Foods is the BEST meal prep service I have ever used. & I’m not just saying that. The quality of the food is amazing, the portion size is great & the taste of the food is to die for! I can truly say I never had a bad meal or something I didn’t like. John Hardy was always so receptive and took my likings & unlikings seriously and never messed up! They are great at communicating! I will recommend them to all the UT people!

We currently don't have a kitchen because we are renovating our home and Hardy Foods has been such a lifesaver for us!The meals are healthy with bigger portions that keep us full! We also like the variety of meals available so that we don't get bored. The owners really care about your fitness and weight goals by customizing the meals for you. I am amazed that I haven't gained weight despite not being able to cook for the last few months. I have been telling family, friends, and my patients about them. We can't thank Hardy Foods enough!
