I love music together of Decatur and highly recommend this location to any parent. Wendy is truly the kindest sweetest person and has amazing and talented teachers who love kids as much as she does!!! They are all so different but make the classes a blast. I have had the best time, my kids are engaged and happy, learning, and making friends. I started at a different location and am so glad I landed in this spot! I came with my oldest and have returned with my toddler!

We highly recommend Music Together of Decatur. We’ve attended for four years. Wendy is extraordinary with young children and creates an inviting, exciting, stimulating environment. We’ve also had several other teachers who have also been great. What’s special about this program and it’s implementation is that it is great for infants all the way to preschoolers. Music Together has been a wonderful children's music class for my family. We have been attending solidly for 2 whole years and plan to finish the entire series. Each collection has a variety of songs that incorporate unique time signatures, rhythm patterns, tonal patterns, and movement opportunities. There are upbeat songs, slow down lullaby songs, and songs that build connection with your children. My 2 year old and 4 year old love Ms. Wendy's class and look forward to it every Saturday.

Music Together of Decatur gave me a set place to have human contact that was meaningful for me and my baby. The Babies Class is a great way to meet other moms and have that outlet to get out of the house and keep baby occupied. We loved meeting up beforehand, spreading blankets on the church lawn and letting the babies crawl around. Now we sometimes head out for lunch after class. I think for the moms that truly crave the routine and camaraderie Music Together is a perfect fit. And the babies love it!!!!!!

We love Music Together and Ms. Wendy! We’ve been going since my daughter was 6 months old, and now she’s almost 4, and we also have a 20 month old son. We have seen her grow from listening and observing to singing and dancing and requesting “her songs” in the car. It is fun to see my kids interact and socialize with older and younger kids, and an activity that we enjoy doing together. The teachers are wonderful and the environment inclusive to all. Can’t say enough good things about this program.

Ms. Wendy is so warm and energetic. It’s no surprise that every child in the class naturally gravitates to her. Music Together of Decatur has been such a joy and we’re so glad we discovered it shortly after moving here a few months ago. Although we expected our 14 month old to be shy, she treated Ms. Wendy like they were the best of friends from the start!

We LOVE Music Together and Ms. Wendy!! We brought our oldest daughter to classes 3-5 yrs ago, back when she was a toddler, and now we’re so happy to be able to bring our youngest, a 1-year old, to outdoor, pandemic-appropriate classes. It’s such a bright spot in this pandemic year. Our baby loves seeing the other families (at a distance), and we all have such a great time!! Another great benefit is that once the little ones have associated the songs with the fun times of music class, the recorded music can be such a great “mood lifter” anytime it’s needed. They’ll also just learn so much—our oldest, now 6, is so comfortable singing and expressing herself musically, and I credit Music Together for most of that. Highly recommend!!!

My 2-year-old son and I love Music Together of Decatur! We've been participating for two semesters now. For the enrollment fee you get a 25-song album from the wonderful “Music Together” series to listen to during the week (and an illustrated book with the music) and then once a week you gather in class to sing, dance, and play instruments along with selected songs from the album. They have classes every day of the week to accommodate a variety of schedules. Definitely recommend you try it!
