Everything about this place is amazing! The front office staff, Emily who brought me to the room and took vitals and Julie. I chose to go the Prescott Complete Care because I had several friends tell me how wonderful everyone was. Julie listened to everything I said, made suggestions and really made me feel heard. Thank you to the team for making me feel confident in my choice to come here!

I established new patient care at Prescott Complete Care and met with Julie Waite. Check in was quick and easy, forms are available to complete online before the appointment. I was very impressed with Julie's approach to treatment. She was attentive, listened to my needs and addressed every one of my concerns. I felt heard and supported with my medical concerns. She offered treatment options and we discussed each, but wasnt pushy with any one form of treatment. So glad I found this clinic and established care with Julie. I've already shared with others what a great experience I had.

Everyone in the office is so attentive, caring, and professional. I love that the response to my need for an appointment or a medication is very prompt, unlike many other providers today. I feel you all go above and beyond. As Zach has gotten very busy (since I came on) he has maintained the ability to listen to and focus on what I am saying and offer sound medical advice, all with a caring and respectful attitude. I feel blessed to have found this group!

My first time here at it's wonderfully calm unlike crowded doctor's offices. Julie is amazing! So glad to find such a competent provider here in Prescott. She listens, shares helpful info, and is very approachable. She is thorough and kind. From the front desk, to the nurse, to Julie, it was all great. I'm in good hands here!

She provides excellent care, doesn't rush through the appointment, listens, is compassionate, provides outstanding feedback in a respectful manner and makes you feel completely at ease. The front desk is very friendly, warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Kaia is amazing! She truly cares and spends as much time as needed listening to your needs. At no point did I feel like a burden but only that she wanted the best for me.

I think Kaia and her team are a great addition to our community. Zach is very helpful as well, in the event Kaia can’t get back to you which is rare. They take the time to go over details each visit. They are also prompt at returning phone calls and answering questions. I’m so glad I found them a year and a half - two years ago.
