    My personal training experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I worked with Rick in private sessions and found him to be extremely motivating, supportive and an absolute class act he took time to build and modify the training sessions based on my progress and goals. Rick constantly went out of his way to keep me on track, checking in regularly to make sure I was meeting my goals. In 1 month lost 3 pounds and couple of inches. I m very happy with my results from this program. I highly recommend Rick as my trainer.

    I have been working with Rick in private sessions for over a month now and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. He is very patient, supportive and motivating and will go out of his way to help you in any way possible. I can guarantee you will get strong and if you can follow his recommendations on not diet but eating healthy food regularly you will reach your goals sooner than expected.

    Rick is an amazing trainer, explains the science behind every workout, designs every session with a lot of thoughtfulness and utmost care. I thoroughly enjoy my workout session with Rick and with the company of Cookie (pet dog) they are more fun. I recommend Rick to anyone who is looking to increase their core strength, fitness, flexibility.

    After training in a group session for about a year prior to COVID, I knew it was time to get back into working out, but wasn't quite sure where to start. I found Rick online and couldn't be more satisfied. Rick takes the time to understand which areas of the body you want to focus on and tailors his training sessions to meet your individual needs. He is very professional and a takes the time to explain what muscles you are working and makes sure you have proper form to get the best results. I highly recommend personal training with Rick.

    Rick is an excellent trainer focused on your progress and well-being. He explains the benefits of each exercise in your personalized program and guides you to proper form and execution. With care for any limitations you may have, he helps you progress to your fitness goals. Cannot recommend him enough!
