I called and spoke to the owner, Pete. I told him what I needed and that I hadn't been in any skates for 25 years. I told him my size in women's and the color. He told me to come in. I did just that. I didn't have to wait too long and the customer service was so awesome, I had to leave a tip. They had my favorite color. I even purchased the carrier bag & pom poms.I asked if he knew anyone who gives skating ⛸lessons and he provided me with that information. My 1st lesson is MLK Holiday. I highly recommend this skate store. I promise you an awesome experience. Happy customer!!!

Omg where do I start? Pete is the best, I was so confused on what I wanted vs what I needed and he walked me thru every option, helped me try on a million skates and didn't stop until I was totally satisfied. He even delivered my skates to me at the rink, which is closer to me, and was just very accommodating. It's rare u get service like this these days. I’ve been to multiple skate shops, and I can’t put into words how rad this shop is. The inventory they have is absolutely mind blowing. This is important because stepping your foot into multiple boots before you buy one is mission critical. Especially when you’re going to be spending over $1000.00 on a quality boot. The idea of paying for a boot and walking out with a custom set up the same day as possibility here in itself is worth the 2.5 hours I drove to get here from San Diego. Customer service is something they prioritize and I can’t tell you how sweet it was to walk in have them size me up for my second boot. The years of experience in this shop is so comforting since the sizing between the Riedell boot line is so different. Mark Thompson from Texas found skate fanatics by someone here in Texas gave them a call spoke with Pete very helpful with great information on sliders . 55 new to sliders wanted to have my own skate built a lot different than what I've been using they did a great job on the build it's been 3 weeks now been having a blast.
