The idea of this place is great, the reality is something totally different. We went in the middle of the week for a little nephew's birthday after having been there before and was disappointed. Firstly just paying to enter is an ordeal as there are way too many confusing options trying to combine the price of the buffet and credits for the attractions and games. The food is not very tasty and seems like just mass produced filler. Also, it sits for long periods and looks dried out, no evidence of freshness at all. The play area looks really fun and inviting except that half of the "attractions" and games are out of order or are not open during the week - yet you are still charged full price. The overall cleanliness is adequate, and the staff are helpful and fairly friendly. If you are a kid, you will love this place. If you are the adult paying for the visit, not so much.

I visited this place while on vacation with my kids. They had a blast. The games aren't overpriced and there was enough to do for my 3 and 9yr old. I was sad expecting to eat pizza. But I had a salad, nachos, baked chicken, mixed veggies and a taco. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the food options.

Came to celebrate Memorial Day, because of my uncle, father n law, my wives uncles who also served. Thanks to them we can have the freedom to earn a good job and enjoy our freedom in AMERICA. We had fun for half the day. Good service, good staff, and good food. Clean rest rooms. Plenty of food n soda. Thank you very much. 😊/ 👍👍...

Had reservations but seemed a bit unorganized and cookie ice cream was not thawed out( they tell you if you would like food to be served, but not frozen take out sooner if they can take it out sooner, more helpful) the hostess was great but needed to actually be more helpful like assertiveness in bringing food and in time mgt not great. 1.5 hrs is not helpful and not too much to do in little time. Could have used more balloons only three on sticks, really?? Idk but overpriced. you can get a great buffet some foods are okay. Pizza had too much sauce. Maybe lighten the load on that ...was fun but could be a bit better and so loud in there..recommend some ear plugs for kids...

First time here and not only was the food very good!! But the attractions and the staff were very helpful, especially Aliana who helps me get my game card set to my desired amount.. Definitely thinking of doing my daughter's birthday here!

Lots of different food to choose from, not the best quality. Definitely a quantity over quality place. The food area is a little dated but very clean. The workers aren't the happiest but they definitely are working and are attentive. They helped us whenever something went wrong and always gave us back whatever we lost in tickets or coins and even more. The game area is awesome.

We went to a birthday party and it was incredible. The buffet was well stocked, fresh, and delicious. There was plenty to choose from even for those who didn't want pizza. The game room was huge, with lots of games. With games, go carts, bumper cars, and laser tag, there is something for everyone. They were well staffed and clean even though they were packed. We will definitely be back!
