I had read reviews prior to moving into 28 Exeter. Many of them being 5 Stars. I was a bit skeptical if this apartment building was as good as I was reading. Since moving in I have nothing but amazing things to say. Here are a few reasons why I would recommend: 1. The concierge staff is extremely welcoming, professional, polite, and makes you feel at home. All concierge staff knows your name. The entire team is aligned with a genuine high level of care. 2. The events, weekly gatherings, pop ups in the lobby & holiday touches (providing Christmas wrapping paper and ribbon) are best in class. 3. The building itself is safe and clean. 4. Turn around time on maintenance is extremely fast. 5. Turn around time from the management office is timely and professional. 6. Camilla and Garland helped me obtain city permits, heat & parking in the area during my move. The stress this took off my move was very much appreciated. 7. Location can not be beat. 8. Mail and deliveries are organized and available for pick up at all hours. Highly recommend, if you are deciding between a few apartments I hope this helps narrow down the decision.

As a relatively new resident (6 months), tonight I attended my first party for the residents, The Fall Harvest Festival. There have been several small pop up's, from ice cream socials, to a fun afternoon with Sugarfina, bagels waiting at the elevator as you exited, to others I'm sure I've missed, however this topped them all. Tables on the sidewalk in front of the building draped in black table cloths, trees covered in twinkling lights. Each were filled with wonderful treats from Boston finest restaurants. Everything from Mexican Street corn to Shrimp Cocktail, tacos, clam chowder, steak and pasta. Sausage and Greek donuts. Macaroons, fried dough, cotton candy, pretzels and ice cream with all the fixings to finish off your dinner. Two different infused vodkas, ale and hard cider awaited in the lobby all for the tasting. To top it all off, there was music by a 3 piece band. What more do I need to say, a great time had by all the residents, their friends, and folks on the street. Please forgive me if I forgot anything, but I'm so full and already looking forward to this time next year.

This building is so special, the building itself/living situation can’t be beat, literally steps to the heart of Newbury street and Boston. The building is clean and new and safe and has many additional amenities that will be available starting this spring - rooftop pool included. There is even a guest unit you can rent for family members if they want to come and “live” in Boston for the weekend (at a very reasonable rate). The cherry on top is the staff and the community. The building welcomed me with open arms from the moment I walked into the door in need of a place to live until well after I moved out. It is truly a special place cannot speak more highly of how helpful, welcoming and kind everyone in this building is at all hours of the day or night.

We’ve lived here for over 10 years and love everything about it. Great location right in the heart of the Back Bay and we have, hands down, the best concierge staff you could ask for. They are always very attentive and have no problem taking care of anything you ask of them. The maintenance crew is top notch, no request is too small or too big. To top it off, the building holds the best events for the residents. We just got back from the “Fall Harvestfest” and had a blast. Showcasing the local restaurants at an event like this is a great way to buildup the local community.

Could not be happier with 28 Exeter - everyone from the concierge team, maintenance and management is incredibly friendly and helpful no matter the time of day. The location is unbeatable and the apartments are great, many of which have new finishes and flooring. Highly recommend to anyone looking to live in Back Bay!

A deluxe apartment complex in Boston’s upscale Black Bay, and on fashionable, leafy Newbury Street with trendy shops, bars and restaurants. Very conveniently located, and felt like home, with a helpful and friendly concierge. Ideal for vacationing visitors wanting a change from downtown hotels.

We’ve lived here for four months, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The apartments themselves are very nice, and the location cannot be beat. The staff that works here is fantastic. They are extremely friendly and attentive. I cannot imagine living anywhere else in Back Bay. This place is the best!

What makes this complex great is the combination of prime location and the exceptional concierge service. Unfortunately, the building itself has no amenities to offer, but the professional and personal touches by the world-class concierge team go a long way in making 28 Exeter feel like home. Thanks to them, I've been to some great events and connected with my neighbors...and it has made Boston much more of a community.
