I really loved this place. Dr. Pennington patiently educated me on my hearing loss and recommended hearing aids without any pressure to make a purchase. I loved his caring demeanor and that he did not rush me through the exam and testing. Office manager - Lilliana, was very welcoming and very helpful in dealing with making sure my insurance was accepted. I also thought the office space was fantastic! Everything seems bright and spacious. I'm grateful for the referral from my PCP to Modern Audiology.

Had the opportunity to visit modern theology for some hearing issues. The staff there was absolutely phenomenal. The greeted me at the door with a smile. Made me feel like Holm treated you like a patient sat down with you explained a lot of different things about the test the results and how they were going to help you move forward. My experience with Modern Audiology in Lakewood was excellent. I had inherited a pair of nice hearing devices from my mother and Dr. Zells helped me to get tested and have the devices refurbished and tuned to my ears. Dr. Zells is great at taking the time for good patient care and explaining everything. Dr. Pennington is excellent as well. The very best part of the experience has been with the office manager Liliana who is super competent and a joy to work with! Five stars from me.

What a clean welcoming office. It’s been awhile since my hearing had been checked since retirement. Thought it was time to get a new base line. Liliana and Dr. Pennington were both very professional yet friendly and accommodating. The doctor used new and real world techniques to check my hearing that I’ve never experienced before.
