I’m so grateful for having this experience. Never had a massage in my life before, but I’m glad I had this experience here. I had a one hour massage with Sarena, and I loved the professionalism and the experience. When you arrive, make sure that you enter on the smaller door to the right. That is the door to all of the holistic providers, including Sarena. We started the session by filling out a medical questionnaire, and going over any of the current pains on my body. When you get ready to get on the table, you do have the option to keep your underthings on or not, but no matter what you choose you’re going to always be under a sheet at all times. Sarena asked me about my music preferences, and also which scents I wanted her to use. She started out massaging my head and made her way down to my feet throughout the session. There were some light stretches of my knees, since I have problems with both of them. At the end of the session, we did a proper closing and I got dressed. She makes salves and tinctures as well, so I bought the ‘Grounding’ tincture. I’m looking forward to visiting again!

A friend referred me here bc of my migraines and I finally took her advice and went. It's such a cute shop with a great atmosphere. The staff are super knowledgeable and willing to answer any of your questions and walk you through the process. I've been suffering from migraines since I was 17 and I'm on multiple medications for them. After the hijamah I feel so good! So, far I haven't had any headaches since the hijamah and I'm praying it stays that way. Thank you for your help! Definitely will be coming back!

Hello, I’m a 32 year old queer woman and wow… what can I say, I am just so grateful. After leaving my very first session I feel completely restored. I hadn’t had a massage in 3 years. I signed up for a relaxing massage but received so much more than what I paid for. Sarena took care of me today and she was extremely gentle and attentive. She served me relaxing rose chamomile tea before my massage, asked me what music I wanted to listen to, and honored my boundaries throughout the session. Some cupping is used during massage and the relief I felt because of the cupping was insane. First time experiencing cupping! The entire session has kept my body and mind at peace and has me feeling very relaxed. All throughout the session I was asked if I was doing okay and if I was comfortable or feeling any pain, or needed more or less pressure. Ive also never had hot stone massage on my abdominal area that was a good feeling. I definitely enjoyed the oils used to massage. It didnt make me leave feeling greasy or too oily. Very light scented ones were used. It wasnt potent/strong of a scent. Sarena was the one doing my massage session and I highly recommend booking with them!

Sarena is an amazing massage therapist. She played some affirmations for half of my service and relaxing music for the other half. I got a free upgrade for my first service. Would definitely go again.
