👍👍 Very cool concept. Good coffee and excellent food from a small menu. I had the granola fruit bowl and the roasted potatoes. Both were top-notch. People often mention coffee, glass, great,

Excellent coffee and breakfast spot! We enjoyed the avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches. Barrel aged cold brew and drip coffee—both excellent.

I loved the barrel aged cold brew and the food was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back to watch them doing glass blowing! This is a great addition to the area.

I'm stoked to have a coffee shop in Melrose that I can walk to finally. The coffee is great (i think they roast their own beans which is cool), the vibes are great, tons of seating, and super cool glass sculptures everywhere since there is a glass blowing studio in the back of this place.

Looking to do some small business shopping on Saturday, we visited the Gladshaüs after brunch. What a find! Not only is there a cafe & bar there was live glass blowing walk in classes, a gallery & a large beautifully decorated event space. My friend who collects artisan glass was amazed at the selection and variety of styles and while she did not buy anything she saw multiple pieces she had interest in. I loved getting to know about the wide variety of event options and meeting the owners & their family all of whom were friendly and welcoming. I definitely want to return soon and try the food & beverage and buy one of the beautiful christmas ornaments.

Such a cool spot. A coffee bar, eatery, glass gallery, and even a studio… and all of it so impressive without compromise. The bright Ethiopian pourover was delightfully intricate and memorable. The owners were incredibly friendly too and it was obvious that they took every customer interaction to heart. Can’t wait to visit again soon - would recommend!

This place is buzzing! Enjoyed a cold brew that had some really unique, bold flavors from their unique barrel aging process - highly recommended. Also got to see some really cool glass blowing (they make all their glass wear by hand!). And be sure to check out their amazing gallery as well to see some really incredible pieces.

This is now a Nashville Gem. Kind mother and son owners who are well versed in many forms of art. Their coffee is good (in house roasted), and the atmosphere is spacious and comfortable. We even commissioned them to make us some Christmas ornaments. Keep a look out for events as they are very creative! Great for a date night.

A beautiful addition to Nashville. The staff is outstanding and the coffee was great. It was such a joy to be able to watch the artist create their masterpieces right in front of you. I can't wait to try the food. Collin, Paul and Sam were so inviting! Will definitely tell all of my friends about this place. (Sorry if I got your names wrong)

This type of experience/venue is just what Nashville needs! We had great coffee followed by an awesome hands-on ornament making class with Blaine and Paul, who were both just fantastic. I will definitely attend more experiences like this in the future. All of the staff were outstanding, approachable, and friendly. There are items on display throughout that are for sale, and the pricing on everything seemed very reasonable. I look forward to attending a dinner (with a show!) in the future!
