I've
been
a
customer
for
nearly
1.5
years
and
things
were
great
up
until
they
lost
their
best
staff
members
several
months
back.
After
Charlie
left,
their
customer
service
and
quality
went
completely
downhill.
They
would
miss
spots
in
the
yard
or
miss
service
visits
entirely
without
any
notification,
apology,
or
reimbursement.
They
also
began
showing
up
a
day
late
for
service
without
any
apology
or
notice.
I
tried
contacting
them
to
respectfully
work
through
a
resolution,
but
they
have
been
unresponsive
to
both
phone
calls/voicemail
and
email.
After
I
finally
emailed
them
politely
notifying
that
I'd
like
to
cancel
service,
they
apparently
read
it
but
didn't
reply.
They
decided
to
abruptly
stop
providing
service
visits
without
any
explanation,
even
though
I
already
paid
for
the
remainder
of
the
month.
With
all
of
that
being
said,
there's
plenty
of
other
companies
in
the
area
that
provide
the
same
cleaning
service.
Find
a
different
one
that
actually
values
their
customers,
business,
and
provides
quality
cleaning.
Adding
this
edit
to
my
original
review
since
I
don't
have
an
option
to
reply:
the
business
stated
that
they
have
continued
providing
service
on
Tuesdays
but
that
is
simply
not
true.
It's
currently
Wednesday
and
I
have
not
had
any
service
provided
either
yesterday
or
at
all
this
week.
The
only
way
they
could
have
provided
service
is
if
they
didn't
notify
me,
which
they
are
supposed
to
for
every
visit.
There's
also
slim
chance
I'd
miss
them
in
that
case
because
I
work
from
home,
obviously
with
a
dog
(that
barks
at
everything),
and
have
cameras
on
my
property
to
confirm
that
was
not
the
case.
