I worked as a Class A Delivery driver for them for 3 months. They don’t care about their drivers other than the route getting done. They tell you that you’re only going to work 4 10 hour days 2 on 1 off and 2 on 2 off. That’s not how it is at all. They tell you you’re start time will be between 5a-7a. It’s more like 2-4a. You work 5 days a week and management calls you in on your day off every week. They pressure to work your full 70. Let’s just say, I had to take them to court and won.

ITR driver. Brought load here from Pactiv in Illinois got here last night, checked in at 7am. I was just texted at 11:45am with the lumper fee paid by 11:50. It’s now 12:15 still waiting on call for paperwork after I’ve already paid lumper. Your gonna waste 3-5 hours here. Be prepared

Shy on staging, parking on N 9th Street is precarious but doable except for the no turnaround room thing, geeze Louize!

Checked in 2hrs before appointment and had me unloaded with paperwork in hand in 1hr 45min out before actual appointment time. Nice lady at receiving window. No overnight parking.

Drivers please don’t comment when you are emotional when I read the comments I already know waiting 6-7 hours but they finished in 20 minutes my app 6:30 I get hear 4:55 when I go to the window she told me sign in and put phone number in the back of my paperwork they call me 5:45 give me door start unloading 6:05 because they start 6:00 am finished 6:25 send me lamper fee send to the broker waiting 20 minutes he send me the code Mack my payment am out from here 7:20 am thankyou us food omaha

Slow service. Over 3 hours to unload a partial load at the Omaha location. Grand Forks, Plymouth, Bensenville, here, they all have service issues for unloading. Used to be better.

The receptionist and the receiving clerk were both very rude. No reason they couldn't be polite. It seems as if they really hate truck drivers. And the capstone lumper service charged for things they did not do. Overall a horrible place to deliver.

Waiting for 3 hours already to take off 2 palets and after I paid Lumper fee I still have to wait, so I am not done yet. That its somting normal with Capstone Logistics, BAD management-SLOW workers - wasting time!

Very worst place ever they making money from nowhere my appt by rate confirmation was at 7.30am I have checked in at 7.04am the receiver told that my appt was at 6am so for 1 hour they charged me 250$ for late fee I have paid for late fee because I was hauling ice cream I needed to get unloaded as soon as possible now its 11am still Waiting to get unloaded. Make sure guys your appt time and don't get additional charges if possible stay away from this place you gonna just waste your valuable time

They're good people here. Some times it takes a little while to get empty. About 3hrs usually. That's not bad for the amount of loads they get.

As high as $250 for being late but they still take 3 hours+ to unload you even if your early or on time. Apparently they can’t handle the volume they take in on the dock. You suck a your one job!

Showed up an hour early and still took them over 5 hrs to unload 6 pallets

Not as bad as everyone makes it out. Had a floor load cups 8am appt. On door by 7:15. Empty by 9:00. Nice old lady in office. Can’t get better than that for a floor load. Lumper $225. Capstone.

Takes forever to unload 3 pallets in door at 7am it’s 930 am now. People in office will not give you an update and are very rude.

Don’t plan anything if you have delivery in this facility. Your paperwork will be done 2-3 pm . Even you have appointment 8 am Sucks place .

So far my experience was great. Appt was at 7am got in at 6am got a door got unloaded at 6:45am Waited for the phone call and was out by 7am. I spoke with Lisa she was so awesome. Thanks.

It could have been a little better but for the most part it wasn't the worst place I have been......expect a 3 to 4 hrs to unload

App-9.00am, check in 7.45am, check out 9.40, good job 👍 no overnight parking
