Dr. Bob does an excellent job with the adjustment and teaching me how to help my issues. I love this place, honestly, and the Joint Chiropractic is the only place I trust with my back.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Bob and could not believe the results in one visit. I had gone to other places with limited results. I read the reviews about DR Bob and reviews indicated Dr Bob had a different approach. I decided to take advantage of the $29 new patient promotion and I am so glad I did! Was so impressed by one visit, I signed up for the wellness package. Highly recommend!

All 3 stars are for Dr. Bob. He’s fantastic. This location unfortunately loses a couple stars for us. A recent adjustment with Dr. Marla was very unsatisfying, and our experience with the front desk coordinator (Amy) was unpleasant. We will be visiting the Brookfield location going forward. Thankfully Dr. Bob can be found at that office, as well.

Just terrible. I walked in looking for a chiropractor for routine maintenance moving forward and the front desk lady and doctor both laughed at me and said they aren’t the place for me for legal reasons because I was in a car accident. I tried explaining I’m just looking for something routine, I’m not looking for anything legal, and they continued to laugh in my face and said that they can’t help me due to legal reasons. Horrible service. Clearly this place is not in the business of helping people. Update: They just responded to review with inaccurate info. They also did not address the fact that they laughed at me not once, but twice. False information as well as far as what was shared......"shared that due to severity of accident and your acute needs".....no what you shared was that you can't help because you don't provide the legal documentation needed. I explained that I didn't need legal documentation and was just looking for routine maintenance, same response, laughing and saying they can't help because they don't provide legal documentation. I again explained that's not what I'm looking for and they said I can't have it both ways. Again I was only looking for routine maintenance. There was no ownership or acknowledgement over the bad situation in their response. Terrible customer service and terrible professionalism.
