We love the focus on building sport-relevant skills, strength and stamina. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and have high expectations. There is a progressive approach in play, from the initial assessment to ongoing evaluations, with clear steps leading to achieving yearly goals for each athlete. Our son enjoys the sessions, feels challenged and can watch his progress as he participates. It's a process and well worth it.

My daughter has been coming here for less than a month and has been loving it! She would even attend the soccer clinic before going to her soccer practice. In a short amount of time we have noticed a change in her confidence and she has gotten more aggressive on the field. All of the trainers are friendly and personable! We plan to be here for a long time! :)

Champions Quest is elite training for athletes in this area. Our son has been attending for a year now and he really is stronger, faster and more mentally agile than kids his age. We are so grateful for this training facility and the coaches he works with daily. Yes, it's expensive but life is all about choices. This is an investment for our kiddo and we make sacrifices to ensure he is supported in his dreams. He told us at age 7 he wants to be a professional baseball player, we found this place, I told him if he put in the work he could certainly be supported to try to achieve his dreams. This place gives him the grit he needs to remain competitive. At age 8 my son is a beast competing with 10 year olds already and still has more stamina. I'm glad we found this place! Also allows my son to try other sports like football training and soccer in addition to baseball. Very well balanced program and they make it fun for the kids to go. You won't regret joining!

Coach TK and coach Rogel were not only knowledgeable and skilled in their areas of expertise, but they also demonstrated a sincere commitment to my kids’ success. They actively listened to my concerns, tailored their approach to my kids’ specific needs, and provided valuable feedback and support throughout. They were patient, encouraging, and always available to address any questions or challenges that arose.

My son has grown in both physical strength and mentally after training at champion over 6 months. All the coaches are professional and willing to spend the time on individual development.

I love goin to Champion Quest. I learn something new each time I go. I like that the coaches teach me how to do thing properly and don’t just let me do things my way. I have noticed that I have more energy on the pitch and I was able to play center mid yesterday without feeling exhausted like I did two weeks ago. That was a big accomplishment because I’m trying to move up from being a defensive player. The coaches create a safe space for me to learn and grow and they’re also very friendly.

Champions Quest has helped my son increase both in overall strength and speed. I like how for the most part the group sessions also are partially individualized as well.

So far it’s been really good. Looking forward to seeing my kid regain his confidence after a major injury

👍👍 I have been attending classes here for about 6 weeks now and have to say it's everything I have been looking for. I am a person who does not like to exercise, I don't have the mental strength to push through pain or being tired, and I have never been able to stay committed to a gym or workout class....

👍👍 I have been going to Tribe for about 2 years and have been meaning to write a review for a while. Tribe has changed my life! I am so grateful for the community and coaches here! I haven't worked out in forever (probably almost a decade) let alone ever lifted weights. With 3 kids, a husband, an...
